"Clean, comfortable, convenient location. Beautifully decorated. Most comfortable bed that I have experienced in a VRBO or hotel. Easy walk to downtown. Great spot if you are heading to distilleries to the north or south. A couple blocks down from a convenience store that sells delicious, homemade, soft serve ice cream. Total of 2 couples stayed and it was so nice that each set of beds/baths was separated by a floor because it gave us privacy. Highly recommend!"

"The property is exactly as listed and very clean. We did have a slight hiccup getting to the back parking lot but after a quick loop around the block, we found it. It was conveniently located to everything in the downtown. I do wish there was an outdoor seating area, but we went to the park a block away and still had a great time. "We had a weekend wedding at Gheens Foundation and this rental was a great space for us in between wedding activities. Very spacious, beds all slept great, kitchen was well equipped, nice outdoor space, and plenty of parking. My only concern was no access to the washer and dryer but it wasn’t a big deal since it was only two nights. The owner was very responsive! Great place for a large family! "

"3 Roses Manor is an absolute gem! The house was absolutely amazing and the pictures were spot on. Not only was the house beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean, it was fully stocked for all your needs. "This was our second trip to Bourbon country. The cabin was just as described. It was one of the BEST STOCKED properties we have ever visited. Check in was a breeze and the host was very prompt with communication. We loved having 1 bedroom/bath downstairs and another bedroom/bath upstairs. The surrounding properties were a little rundown, but we never saw anyone (may have been vacant) It was very quiet/enjoyed coffee on the front porch!"
