This 3 bedroom gem sits 100 yards from the statue of Rebecca at the Well and a short walk to everything you want on BI: Restaurants, shops, and Beaches. Leave your cares behind and enjoy the breathtaking views of the harbor, the Atlantic, and ferry boats making their way to and from the mainland.

Wonderful house close to everything in Block Island. Plenty of room for our family of 5, my kids especially liked the tvs in the bedrooms. Kitchen had lots of pots/pans, utensils etc, and a very nice stove to cook on! We had a few issues at check in but Douglas quickly responded and made everything great for us. Would happily stay here again!

Block Island week with family and friends.

Late October on The Block

Snug cottage in a great in-town location with views of the water and the town. Very comfortable with a nice little porch and side yard. We had a wonderful time.

Great location, walk to town. Adorable, clean cottage. Did not cook while there, but the kitchen was supplied, as well as sheets & towels. Would rent again!

Great house in a great (hidden) spot. Very close to Old Harbor and the shops and restaurants that part of the Island has to offer. Host is amazing. Quickly answers all questions quickly.

Awesome Location

The house was bigger than expected. Great backyard. Close location to downtown. Walkable to the beach. Host was very accommodating. Had everything we needed and more.

Fantastic stay at an amazing location

We were 3 families staying at the property. Excellent home, close to downtown and good outdoor space. Close to other homes on the property but has everything one would need. Water for showers is hot, AC was cold and kitchen was well appointed. Thanks to Doug for a fantastic stay.

Great house

This house is perfectly located and was enough space for 3 couples. My cousins, our husbands and I stayed here and had an amazing weekend. The owner of the property was more than accommodating and was easy to contact. We would highly recommend this home for your stay on Block Island.

Great property and proximity to town

The property was better than expected and even had an ocean view from kitchen sink. Communication with the host was outstanding. Highly recommended.

Steps away from all the action

Nice tidy property just up from downtown. Everything as advertised, great owner communication. Our kids (in their 20's) loved the spot. No need for a car!

Bigger than it looks!

Host is very conscientious. All three bedrooms are generous, and kitchen/living/dining space on first floor accommodates family life nicely.

Perfect!

We enjoyed ourselves so much! From the kindness of the owner to let us check in early (we had a 1 month old and a 2.5 year old!!) and everything you could possibly need to prepare food, to a beautiful porch for morning coffee and the closeness town and the beach, we thoroughly enjoyed every minute! We had to leave early due to my dad passing and the folks at the ferry went above and beyond to get us on the earliest ferry out. We are hoping to stay again next year. It’s paradise!

Awesome place! Great Location

We are a family of 5 but kids brought friends which made 7 of us! We absolutely loved this location as it's literally a 5 minute walk up high street near the ferry and ballards. We took our car because we brought our own food etc. But we didn't really use it only to drive around the island. We stayed at Ballards at the beach for 2 days so it was perfect for all of us to walk. Next door was an amazing farm with Camels, lemurs, kangaroos, and much more! We found it because someone told us to stop over and they had music. The house was clean very well stocked with towels, beach chairs, cooking utensils, pans, sheets, pillows, and blankets. The owner Douglas was very attentive and very nice. Next time we go back to the island we will most certainly be staying here! Thank you Douglas for an incredible vacation! We truly loved every moment of being there together as a family.
