"The apartment was awesome. The self check in was smooth with all details sent on the day ready for our arrival. The destination was perfect as an excellent base to travel around. The underground station was just round the back of the apartment making it easy to get where we needed to be each day. The area also has some good supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance. Customer service was very quickly sorted out, for any minor issues, via sending messages and replies were received within...

"This tiny flat was clean and pictures were accurate. Good area and easy check in. Downsides were precarious stairs up to a very hard bed, lack of basic amenities, and lack of host responsiveness. But for a single seasoned traveller that doesn't spend any time in the room, its fine"

"Sehr saubere Wohnung. Der Bereich um die Mülltonnen war allerdings eine Katastrophe, was allerdings nicht an der Vermieterin lag, sondern an den Bewohnern der gesamten Wohnanlage. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, hat sich schnell zurückgemeldet bei Problemen und versucht diese zu lösen.Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen."

"Sadly so much went wrong on my stay with 2 young children..The air con leaked water and therefore the room was extremrly hot as in the attic..The windows couldn't be opened fully as unsafe for my child. We were moved to another room but in that room there was no hot water. Then a man entered our room using the key pad but left when he saw us. Feeling very unsafe (as the staff I spoke to coukd not trsce doen eho it was) we moved again to the previous room and my children went to sleep far too...

"Die Wohnung ist an sich schön und gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine). Leider müssen wir (wie auch einige unserer Vorgänger) die Sauberkeit bemängeln. Als wir ankamen, war die Bettwäsche und sämtliche Teppiche voller Tierhaare. Wir haben dann beim Ankommen erst mal die Bettwäsche waschen müssen und den Wohnzimmerteppich einrollen müssen (Staubsauger war leer, nicht benutzbar).Geschirr war leider auch schmutzig, ein vollkommen versiffter Schwamm, den ich nicht anfassen...

"A fantastic stay with all you need for an overnight (and longer) stay in Berlin. The check-in process was smooth and upon request on the day, the host let us check-in early, which was fantastic. An excellent location with public transport and grocery stores nearby. Highly recommend that you visit the Boxhagener Platz area for dinner, drinks or a nice stroll."
