The cabin was very clean and well-maintained. Access was easy, with a smooth road leading right to the property. Just a heads-up: all bedrooms are located upstairs and downstairs, so be prepared to use the stairs. The creek nearby was a beautiful and peaceful highlight of the stay.

The home is a good size. We traveled with 6 people. 2 adults and 4 children. A bathroom on the kitchen / living room floor would be nice, walking up and down stairs to use the bathroom wasn't ideal. The creek out back is great for the kids to play in, the fire pit allowed for a nice evening. A gas grill was nice to cook on. The area is perfect if you're looking for day hikes to waterfalls, which is what we did. Multiple cleaning issues and customer service with the hosting company are where the stars are lost. We had no room for trash as when we arrived early in the week, it was full and stunk from previous people. When inquired, Vacasa told us trash day was the end of the week. We had to let trash pile up inside until we left, on Friday. We never got the code to get into the property at the beginning of our stay even though we got a notice we could check in early. Thankfully the repair guy pulled in behind us to fix something and got us WiFi to call and get help to get in. He was awesome, he had to come back again to fix something else and helped us with great local ideas while we stayed. Hopefully the stay was a fluke with the cleaning issues.

Great mountain getaway!

Stayed here with my family for a quick wedding weekend getaway and it was perfect! Beautiful water view and plenty of space! We loved our stay and plan to come back again!

A little gem

Wonderful place, very clean. Owner thought of everything, very well equipped. Super spacious and super serene and calm. The best was the creek. This was the cherry on top for all of us. My boys spend a lot of the time playing on the creek. Great fire pit. Close to everything. We explored Hiwaisee, BlueRidge, Haysville, and Ashville. Great hikes, Vogel State Park, Blood Mountain. Great restaurants, Belly Pizza was great. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice fire pit by the creek, nice fireplace in main room. Plenty of dishes to cook a Thanksgiving meal. Explored from Blue Ridge to Hiawassee.

House was just as advertised. Very comfy. and quant. We enjoyed our stay. There were lots of stairs to go up and down so only thing I would say about this is Older persons should be aware. But for us it was fine.

Everything was well organized. The furniture was very comfortable. It was clean. My one primary concern because my husband and I do use the handrails was the rail going to the basement bedroom. I had been attached only through drywall and two brackets were out of the drywall. To me, this is a liability. I hope it gets fixed before someone does get hurt. We were offered to have someone come out to fix it while we were there. Unfortunately, we were short-term and concerned that we would accidentally use it. Because of this issue, I am not giving it a 5 star until/unless I know the problem is fixed correctly-it should never have been installed into just drywall!!! Thank you-I will change it if I see it is fixed
