The hosts were very responsive, the house was just as advertised, and everything worked out great. The Graeagle town amenities are close, and lots of ways to get into nature quickly, including a trail that starts just a few blocks from the house.

Hot tub was amazing! Lovely setting in a quiet walkable neighborhood with Beautiful trees. The house had plenty of room for our 7 and we enjoyed the cooking, living area and outdoor fire pit!! Communication with owner was immediate and helpful. Thank you Chase!!

Property is exactly as advertised. Very clean inside and out. Beds were firm but comfy with plenty of pillows. Kitchen was stocked with amenities (coffee, creamer, spices, etc) as well as bathrooms. . Grill, smoker, and hot tub on the deck were all used and enjoyed. Great location, lots of walking trails nearby. We had 8 adults and 1 infant (thank you for the playpen) and there was plenty of space. Easy check in/check out. Would definitely come back if we are in the area again.

Wonderful place to stay in Graeagle!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this house and recommend it highly. We've been coming to Graeagle for years, and know it's hard to find a place that accommodates a larger family (we need 4 bedrooms for our growing group) that's also within walking distance to Greagle, and that has nice accommodations. This was perfect! We loved being able to walk into town, for the pond, mini-golf and more, and to be an easy drive to all the great hiking and other sights. The beds were super comfortable, and everyone liked the yard, hot tub and all the nice touches that made it an easy, relaxing place to be. Chase was very quick to communicate and very responsive. Recommend this as a great base for groups to explore and visit the area.

Clean, well stocked, and superb amenities!

We were in town for a wedding at the Twenty Mile House. This location was great, 15 minutes from the venue, and 5 minutes from the town center and local pond that we made a day of at. Sauna was the best. Chase was very responsive in answering messages in the app as well as direct when my husband needed to reset the internet and circuit breaker. Fire pit in the back where my family made smores. Larger grocery store was about a 25 minute drive with the construction on the road. I highly recommend this VRBO if you are in the area!

The best place to stay in Graeagle.

We are four friends on touring motorcycles and were ecstatic with the design and amenities of this house. It was the perfect stay with a queen sized bed in all four bedrooms, large wide rectangular kitchen, and plenty of deck area and seating. Close to town. Big TV. We’ll be back!

Great Stay!

Great house especially if traveling with other adults. Good separation between bedrooms. Nice great room with TV, games and puzzles. Very quiet neighborhood. Our Dog loved the backyard.About 1 mile walk to downtown but beautiful scenery so it feels much shorter.

Holiday Fun

Our extended family wanted to celebrate the holidays together. We needed a little more room to fit everyone and this home was the perfect fit. The beds were comfortable, the family room cozy and the kitchen dining room large enough and functional. Location was ideal for us and we got a white Christmas.

Excellent Host!

The host was excellent at answering questions from the very beginning. The home was beautiful, comfy beds, quiet neighborhood, close to town. People in the neighborhood were extremely friendly. We treated our kids and grandkids(10 of us including a baby) to 5 nights. The home was plenty big and the kitchen well equipped. We didn’t use the sauna, but the hot tub was enjoyed by all. It was a perfect Thanksgiving weekend!

Terrific getaway

Great location, wonderful property. Kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and cookware we needed for preparing a big family breakfast, and we enjoyed a beautiful afternoon on the back deck overlooking the yard. Loved having cornhole there too! Great layout where the bedrooms are all in their own areas, offering privacy even with a larger group. Very cool setup. Would definitely book again.

Don’t miss this beautiful property

If you’re looking for a spacious , well taken care of mountain retreat, this property is a wonderful choice, with all the amenities …. Thoughtful well stocked , clean and enjoyable, we never left the property and relaxed on the beautiful deck with outdoor dining , barbaque and hot tub …. Plenty of common areas but also 4 private bedrooms, separated , this home has a great floor with a downstairs bedroom and two separate staircases going up to a 2nd level, with 3 more bedrooms separated by a common terrace …. plan to enjoy however you choose …. Our dog loved playing in the back yard which had a mesh fence to enjoy the mountain terrain and view which we felt safe and relaxed the entire time knowing the yard was enclosed … the beautiful pine trees, breeze through the trees , views , and even outdoor lighting at night was so festive To the owners … thanks for for sharing your lovely home , for the coffees teas , toiletries and abundance fresh towels …. We had an awesome restful time and are recharged !!!!

Well stocked and lovely place!

A great home with all the amenities! Well organized and stocked with everything from coffee/cream to a fully loaded kitchen with every utensil, serving platter, pots, pans imaginable. Traeger and Weber grill. Wonderful hot tub and backyard, loved we could easily fit 8 for dinner inside or out. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Only comment is that the house does not have AC, only 2 upstairs bedrooms have AC window units. Ok if the evenings are cool, and the house has fans.

Lovely house and neighborhood

A very beautiful house with a unique floor plan and amenities close to everything. We enjoyed our peaceful morning walks around the quiet neighborhood admiring the tall pines and other beautiful cabin-like homes. It was a wonderful place to stay.

AWESOME!!!

Zero issues. Close to Mill Pond for the kids to swim and fish. Close to town to get the kids an ice cream. Awesome deck(s) to hang out while cooking outside watching the kids play in the backyard. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect location for home base in Graeagle!
