Great and quiet getaway!

Clean home with nice views in a great location. Key code didn’t work upon check in but the property management answered right away and got us in. Definitely recommend!

Very nice home in a great location!

The home was clean and well stocked for good cooking and set up for fun things for kids to do. The beds were very comfortable. Any questions we had were quickly answered with a text message. Internet service was very good, too.

Friends Weekend

My wife and I gathered here with friends for the weekend. It was a great house with fun amenities and close to the water. Having it be dog friendly with a large fenced back yard was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

The house was very beautiful, well decorated, spacious, and located in a quiet calming neighborhood. Kids loved it as there were games to play in the house. When we had some issues, it was resolved immediately and impressively! I would suggest having some more variety of utensils and pots and pans stocked to cook. We would surely recommend it to friends. Thank you for accommodating us.

Beautiful, quiet cottage

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host is superb. Agree with other reviewers that more seating for dining and lounging would be a great asset given the number of people the home can accommodate. Loved the yard, decks, and hot tub!

Guest pests

This is a fun place to stay less than a block from the bay (bit further walk for public beach access) with lots of room to spread out! Sadly two swarms of hornets/ wasps are indoors coming from the living room windows and skylights. One of our adult guests was stung while in the upstairs game room and a Yellow Jacket landed on my face one night while I was sitting on the couch. Dozens of insects inside, plus loads of Asian Lady Beetles which need to be exterminated, as they can be aggressive and bite, plus they have a foul odour. We also noticed rodent control around the property, which is good, however several large sticky traps were accessible, one was left out in the open where kids or dogs could've gotten into them, so needing to hide those. Glad we didn't see any rats, although there were a few poops close to back porch and in yard. The children were afraid to go into certain areas of house and yard due to the bugs (one is allergic), but luckily the bedrooms didn't seem to be affected. Otherwise we had a blast playing all the board games, cooking breakfasts in the huge kitchen, and soaking in the hot tub. Ample parking for all of our cars, we had everything we needed for our stay. The only other drawback would be that the one gold chair needs to be replaced, as it is quite rickety, others have suggested an additional couch or loveseat to accommodate seating for 9 people, since there is only one TV. Nice host, but is a Hawaii company (some communication confusion) Thanks!

House is a short walk to the bay and the view of the ocean from the upstairs balcony is beautiful. House layout is great for families. Wish there would have been more comfy chairs/couches to lounge on. We are a family of 4 and had friends over and seating was awkward and not cozy to cuddle up.
