"Everything was amazing! The communication was so quick and helpful! Our guests for our wedding felt so comfortable and it was a great space to go back to. It was awesome to have a little kitchen and space so they didn’t have to eat out all the time. We can’t recommend this place enough. The space is so cute!"

"This is a great property if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch and took walks in the national forest behind the house. It was close enough to Nederland to go for lunch and dinner and within a short drive to a number of great hiking spots. The previously mentioned hot water issue was taken care of and we had immediate and constant hot water as needed. "

"Me and my family loved our stay at this property. Check in was smooth and easy. The house was very clean and had activities for our family to play. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. There were stores close by went plenty of eating options as well. "

"What a great house and location! The beds were comfortable and the views each morning were inspiring. Walked downtown each morning for coffee and really enjoyed the convenience for everything we enjoyed. Julia was responsive and very helpful. The house is very historic and well decorated!! One of the best VRBO's we've stayed in. Nice and quiet neighborhood and a pleasure to walk around. Will definitely stay here again!!"

"The good: quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Good appliances. Adequate cookware and dishes. Plenty of extra towels, bedding, and pillows. Comfortable furniture, very roomy. Good Wi-fi. Very simple to get to Ball Arena. The not so good: Parking is not good! Our party had 2 vehicles. There is a very small concrete pad to park on but the garbarge/recycle totes are in front of it so it's not easily accessible and it's not really even big enough for 1 vehicle let alone 2. Instructions say...
