"Arrived to a split level home that did not have street number on mailbox and had been pried off the house. No keypad at door as directed, fenced in back yard. Called host and left message and she returned call within a few minutes. She confirmed we were at the right place and that they were working on the house/ soon to be sided, which is why number removed. Keypad was at upstairs deck in BACK yard. "The hosts were extremely friendly. The property was clean inside and out. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked well enough for our family to feel at home while enjoying visiting and getting ready for our big family event. We would definitely seek out this property again if we had an event near Rapid City."

"This property is centrally located. Close to downtown and easy to travel to areas top sites. Key/lockbox was hard to find for entry, host was as quick to respond and help. Even offered to come by if needed. Air conditioning/washer dryer/tv great. We did not realize it was a basement property. With children above it was extremely loud and distracting. "Excellent appliances and set up! Comfortable bed and relaxing living room. Perfect for exploring Black Hills area and returning to this space for an evening of relaxation or rest before enjoying Rapid City. Location is handy with easy access to interstate. "The set up was perfect, it had a living room as well as a kitchenette, a good size bathroom and a decent sized bedroom. There is laundry on site. We stayed about a month. I would highly recommend for short term stays and long term stays. I liked that no one bothered us. Some of the other places nearby, hover over you and it’s not relaxing, especially places that offer breakfast.
There’s a nice grass area for the dogs too and an area where you can bbq. Great value, great stay."
