"Check in time is not guaranteed. They didn’t have the room ready"

"Property was quiet, warm and generally clean - good location so we could walk to a couple of restaurants. A modo de ejemplo , a las 15:00 hice el check in y a las 15:10 me había ido perdiendo el dinero porque prefería eso a pillar algo , un desastre absoluto , lo único aceptable fue el trato de la chica de recepción, nada más bien en este “hotel...

"There weren't shops or much nearby. But i think the purpose of this lodge is that you get to see the countryside and visit the 3 peaks Yorkshire as it's the closet by 27 mins drive. Plus it got a bath tub which is needed after a long hike."

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was very dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. There were noticeable yellow stains on the wall next to the toilet in the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the bedding was unhygienic and didn't feel clean at all. I definitely would not recommend staying here."
