Thank you for your feedback Grant. Sorry to hear of the difficulty experienced with the kitchen range. We are disappointed that we are just now hearing about this (two weeks later) and therefore we were not afforded the opportunity to correct the situation to your satisfaction. In the two weeks since your stay, we have had four other sets of guest and there have been no other reports of problems with the range. As soon as we received your review, we went over with a digital cooking temperature probe to troubleshoot the kitchen range. We ran both range ovens for two hours and found the upper oven to operate within 10 degrees of the 325 degree set temperature while the lower range operated within four degrees of the set temperature. If you encounter problems while staying at any short-term rental in the future, we encourage you to contact your host immediately so they can take prompt corrective action.
