"Nice jacuzzi and a perfectly equipped and nicely decorated house. Good air condition, satelite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, barbeque grill, beautiful garden, for us it was really a dream. The owner helped us within 20min when we had a problem with the door and fixed it. He gave us a lot of good advices where to go for good restaurants or scienic trips."

"Beautiful villa, lovely pool and outside space, perfect for 3 couples. Immaculate and comfortable, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Worked well for a no car holiday, Torre A Mare was walkable in 20 minutes and busses were regular. Bikes also available at the Villa."

"Other than the original lack of overall cleanliness (main floor and kitchen) the villa was very nice. The cleaning crew came back for a refresh and when we showed them the photos, the mopping and how dirty the bucket water was after we washed the floor, they admitted doing it too quick."

"L'appartement d'Ermanno est un duplex de grande taille, largement suffisant pour notre famille de 6 personnes (de 3 générations !). Le quartier n'est pas super mais Bari est placé idéalement pour découvrir toutes les Pouilles et Matera. Accueil sympathique du propriétaire qui s'est adapté à notre heure d'arrivée. Logement bien équipé mais matériel cuisine un peu juste."

"The villa has great potential but not exploited. We rented the entire villa and the layout is definitely weird and not super adequate for a big family. The house has plenty of outdoor seating areas but none with shade by the water (not matching pictures) which in summer is necessary. The villa came with basically no first necessity products (except an old/smelly refillable soap and olive oil) and I can’t help to think that at this price point, you’ve got to offer a little more, such as sponges,...

"Insgesamt war die Unterkunft OK. Wir hatten zwar mit Mücken zu kämpfen, dass wird in der Gegend aber wahrscheinlich normal sein. Leider hatte der Vermieter zu dieser Zeit seine eigene Wohnung als Anbau an die Ferienwohnung fertiggestellt. Wegen dem Baulärm und der Bauarbeiter vor unserer Terasse einigten wir uns auf eine Verkürzung die jeder zu Hälfte bezahlt. Leider hat Paolo sich nicht an diese Abmaschung gehaltem. Auf Anfragen (selbst von Fewo oder vrbo) antwortet er einfach nicht mehr....

"Tiziano et Claudia sont très gentils. Vous serez seuls dans la maison, un peu isolée avec quelques voisins, mais peu présents. Des choses sont à revoir : portail, porte d'entrée, cuisine, moustiquaires principalement ; mais globalement, vous passerez de bons moments dans la maison qui est facile à prendre en main. La terrasse et le jardin sont vraiment chouettes. La maison et le mobilier sont basiques et vieillots, vous aurez donc un confort moyen, mais suffisant pour quelques jours. La piscine...

"Accueil exceptionnel!!! Ricardo Margarita et Leonardo sont des hôtes formidables!!! Ils sont disponible et ultra serviable, c'est notre 4ème voyage en italie, on a toujours été très bien accueilli mais là c'est l'excellence!!! Le logement est très bien située 5 minutes des supermarchés à pieds, une dizaines de minutes de la mer qui est très propre à l'eau turquoise! Le train est à moins de 2kms (20mn à pied avec nos enfants de 8 et 9ans) ce qui nous a permis de visiter polignano a mare,...
