We did not stay at hotel Keops as they refused to assist us with organising a taxi transfer from Florina, Greece to Bitola, Macedonia. The property explained that they would not “COLLABORATE with Greeks and with Expedia!! Being Australian nationals we pleaded with them to reconsider but to no avail. We were forced last minute to make alternative arrangements as without hosts help it’s very difficult to cross the border and get to Bitola. We cancelled our stay with the hotel, wrote a comprehensive mail to Expedia requesting the refund and now are being asked for a review!? I would appreciate Expedia to contact me to resolve this issue.
