We stayed in a 1 bedroom King Suite. Rooms were so dark! There was one lamp in sitting area and one lamp on far nightstand in bedroom. I dont really know how clean it was because it was too dark to tell. Bright lights in bathroom though.

Convenient to places to shop and eat. Close to where we needed to go. Good hot breakfast. Would have liked juice served along with the other drinks. One of the light in room had a missing light bulb.

Read previous reviews before booking this property in hopes that it would be as good as the other reviews and unfortunately cleanliness is my top number one with customer service being the second and the second drawer of the dresser. There was a bag of unopened pepperonis. I don’t know if it was from the night before or not, the counter where the coffee was was not wiped down however, as a previous housekeeper from years ago, I did check a few other things the bed was changed and properly and clean and comfy. Customer service was good but not exceptional. Hot tub was out second day of my stay, as I was looking forward to that as the cleanliness goes, I don’t think I would be staying here again and my hotel key door was not working. I had to go to the office 3 to 4 different times to get it re-scanned just so I could go in my room.

It was well maintained, but the pool needed some work. The hot tub was not working. The maid service never brought us any clean towels and we were out of toilet paper and Kleenex just minor inconveniences and they could use new pillows.

Wonderful place to stay - just wish I had some fresh fruit options at breakfast- so obviously I had a great stay! If all I can say is I need fruit - I must have had a good time - cmon stay here and enjoy your time here in the big city of Bismarck!

Stayed in a king suite large open space. Bed was nice and comfortable. Besides tub faucet being not sealed to the wall. Some new carpet or a floor scrubber on it wouldn't hurt. Wallpaper peeling in one area. Otherwise not bad. I work in the oilfields so I'm not gonna whine and complain like most people.

Would not recommend.
I was really sad about our stay here. This hotel looks nice but the upkeep is not there. A lot of dangerous items in the room between the exposed outlet and the multiple broken tiles in the bathroom. The shower lip was broken as well so water from the shower went into the entire bathroom. A light was out in the entrance to our room. Pillows were tiny. Some quality things were that our heater worked, sheets were clean, and the front staff was friendly. Overall I would not stay here again due to cleanliness/safety. Oh and the hot breakfast was waffles you could make yourself. 👎

I have stayed at this hotel for the last 8 years. We stay multiple times a year whenever we travel to Bismarck. After this last trip, we will be finding a new hotel. At check-in the staff was more concerned with getting back to the lounge area to watch football then anything else. The room was musty and smelled like body odor upon walking in. There was no linens, blankets and pillows for the pull out couch for the kids. Nothing around the hotel really felt clean. Along the walls and floor was just dirty everywhere. The breakfast was TERRIBLE. If you could even call it that. The eggs were orange, hard in spots, and the sausage was like rubber. Thankfully there was a waffle maker, however, after the first day there was nothing to put on the waffles. On the 2nd day i made a waffle and upon making it, realized there was no syrup or anything to put on the waffle, except peanut butter. I went up to the front desk and they came back 5 minutes later with a bowl of cherry pie filling to put on my waffle. There was some bagels you could have eaten, but then no cream cheese. It just really sucks when you are traveling with 2 small children and the breakfast is inedible. We ended up just getting fruit and muffins from the grocery store for them to eat. We were just there 2 months ago so whatever has happend to this place, it appears we arent the first to notice. It used to always be a full parking lot, but there was like 10 cars overnight.
