Staff at check in overloaded, long wait time. No wifi on 3rd floor (my room's location) Some desk staff were unhelpful. Will not stay a 2nd time.

When I came in I got there early about half-hour room wasn’t ready so no problem came back about 30 minutes later 3:15 room still wasn’t ready and had to wait another 30 minutes for a check in that was suppose to be at 3 and it was now 3:45. And the room didn’t have a queen size bed, ac didn’t work, people were noisy and loud late into the night.

back entrance doors were run down and dirty. Dirty kleenix behind desk in room, door wouldn't close by itself unless you pushed it closed. Rooms are smaller and really small bathroom. Other than that, it was ok.

The room was not very clean. We found a dirty sock in our room and there was what looked like, toenail clippings on the carpet. The floors did not seem to be very clean. The air conditioner did not work and it was very warm in the room. We opened the window, but it was very loud, as we were facing a busy road.

The pool area is wonderful. The overall condition and cleanliness is poor. We called for a cot and it came broken with a mattress that should have been thrown away. Called for toilet paper & was asked to come get it ourselves. Very quiet and we slept well. Appropriate price.

Liked the REAL pool (with a deep end, and stepped entry), as well as the large hot tub; a second, smaller hot tub had no timer or "jets". Breakfast was well-organized, typical Quality inn fare. Room temperature was hard to control. My wife and I both heard an annoying 'beep' coming from the wall on my side of the bed that went on most of the first two nights. Staff inexplicably gave my wife the runaround when she asked for towels at the pool (there were NONE). NOTE: this building is like a maze designed by descendants of Franz Kafka and MC Escher, so they should give everyone a building floor plan at check-in. [Even after four days we had trouble remembering which stairwell went where. The floor plan they did provide us with was not well done.] First room they assigned us to had a broken office chair, and a towel rack that came off in my wife's hand. Our replacement room was assigned expeditiously, but there were still maintenance issues with it - e.g., bathroom fan that sounded like a propjet, sink with a broken faucet. Bottom line: this facility IGNORES regular maintenance tasks.

This property was very dated and dirty. Stains everywhere on the room carpet. Bed linens didn’t even fit mattress properly. Mattress very very old and stained. Hallways look like they haven’t been vacuumed in months. The front desk staff were polite and friendly.

Very clean, the property team stays on top of handling any pool and spa issues too. The lounge has a full bar and they are working on a drink menu! . We very much enjoyed our stay

The only good thing about this whole stay was Clif the guy that checked us in. The first room was dirty so they moved us to another room. That room had stains on the lamp, carpet, and there was food crumbs on the tables and furniture. There was a ton of dog hair in the chair. I dont know why this hotel has a good rating. The only thing good about it is it is cheap.

2nd rate motel. Dogs barking . Toilet running, tv wouldn’t change channels. Had to switch rooms. Won’t ever stay there again! 4 dogs in one room really!!!

The room was filthy, window to the outside was wide open when we checked in, on the ground level, crumbs in the beds, stains on the bedding. The pool was nice but was always out of towels and was dirty around it due to birthday parties I believe. Our room phone did not work so we could not call the front desk for any reason.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was typical and compared to the rest of the facility, the dining area was clean and well maintained. Hot tub jets didn’t work. Cleanliness is the biggest downfall. Our nightstand had sticky stuff all over it, floors in the facility not vacuumed. If you need a cheap night stay, it’ll do.

Soda machines did not work. No toiletries in my room. Carpet stained and damaged from pets. Chair dirty. Toilet seat needs replaced. Tv way too small to enjoy from the bed.

The hotel room was clean. I forgot my tooth brush. I called hotel reception they told me they have a cabinet of complimentary stuff if anyone needs. So that was convenient as well as the customer service being on point Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The staff went out of their way to help us get our car going when it wouldn't start at -20. They gave us a ride to Wal-Mart to buy a new battery and tools. They are very nice and caring.
