No le gustó: Limpieza, check-in, comunicación, ubicación, veracidad del anuncio
Pulled up to the house. No driveway. Saw it on the back and it took us a few minutes to figure out you have to go into a neighborhood first then it goes to the back driveway. Couldn’t figure out how to get in the house next. After moving trash and opening the side gate, we found the side door. Inside, air was OFF completely. Ok, not a problem, we can air the house out. Looked for the light switch by the kitchen. Found it. Hanging off the wall WITH the switches attached. Not just a faceplate sitting sideways. Fire hazard. Crumbs in the sink, nasty dirty and slimy floors. Would’ve gotten another place but it was late so we made the best of it. Master bedroom: Spray paint touch up on furniture. I’ve done it before. Only, I put something under the furniture to protect the floor. Not them. It was odd. The master ceiling fan-turns on but the blades are so droopy, it holds it in place. Makes a bad noise so we turned it off once we realized the situation. Another fire hazard? Garage was honestly the cleanest place in the house. Listing needs to be updated to reflect the actual state of the house or the owner needs to put in a little work.
