Just outside the property, you will have access to Birmingham Park Central, one of the largest parks in the area. Ideal for those who enjoy a quiet neighbourhood, this property will place you close to the iconic Cube, as well as the Mailbox which is just a brisk 5-minute walk away. You will also be within walking distance of the city’s famous Canal Side, home of restaurants, bars and cinemas.

The property has 1 spacious bedroom with a XXL super king-size bed, able to comfortably accommodate 2 guests.

This apartment is located on the ground floor with your own entrance and a large terrace, facing park central.

The apartment comes fully furnished and equipped for long and short-term stays. We provide complimentary with Wifi, bed linen, towels, toiletries and Netflix for your comfort, all free of charge. There is one living room and open space kitchen, which are separate from the bedroom area, allowing you to comfortably rest after a long day at work.

This accommodation also comes with free on-street parking. Please keep in mind it is free on weekends and weekdays apart from between 11-12 (just for 1h).
