General Rules
No pets – unauthorized pets will incur a £500 fee.
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by someone over 22, or approved by the host in advance.
No smoking inside – violations will incur a £500 fee.
Quiet hours are 8:00 pm – 8:00 am. No loud music or disruptive behaviour.
Cleaning & Tidiness
Use the cleaning products provided in bathrooms and the kitchen after use.
Remove toiletries from bathrooms; housekeepers will dispose of anything left behind.
Do not leave towels in bathrooms; hang them or place them in your room.
Keep bedrooms reasonably tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges.
Use bins for all rubbish to help keep the home clean.
Keys must be returned to the lockbox at check-out.
Failure to follow house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit.
Follow agreed check-in and check-out times.
Online Check-In (Non-Airbnb Guests)
Non-Airbnb guests must complete an online check-in, including uploading ID and providing a security deposit before arrival.
