Check in was fine, the kick back was nice. We were shorted a kick back ticket for our rooom. My room also had no air conditioning. We got in the room and put the kids to bed and by the time they fell asleep we realized the room wasn’t cooling down. Lavonda at the front desk was nice in switching rooms however it was unfortunate as our stuff was unpacked and the kids were asleep. Tranferring all of our stuff and sleeping kids down the hall to a different type of room was a hassle and the kids woke up. I feel like the A/C should be on a check list to make sure it’s in working order before they provide that room?

We always love staying at the Drury Inn hotels. The kickback hour is a great addition to the hotels clean rooms and comfortable beds. I would recommend 10 out of 10 times.

Everyone was extremely nice & helpful. They are in process of updating facilities that I disregarded in my review. This is very good place to stay.

Expedia should have mentioned property is under renovation. Bottom floors and elevators closed from 8-6 daily. LOUD!!!!!! Had ear plugs on bed when we entered room.

We did not know about the "noise" until we walked in the hotel around midnight to check-in. We should have been informed about this prior to securing the reservation. We were awaken 2.5 hours early than intended due to the renovation noise. We would like some credit applied to this trip or a future stay another Drury location. Thank you.

Hotel being remodeled
Hotel was being remodeled which meant it was very loud and messy. We were on the newly remodeled 5th which was nice but there was no hot water.

Typically we receive a notice of our upcoming stay and this time was no exception except the note was veiled. As we arrived the entire building was under renovation, noise, hammering, dust, etc. An offer was made to move us but we had chosen this location bc of its conveincne to our Christmas visit. And, we had to move rooms bc of a water leak

The location was great and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The problem we had was with the rooms. In our room, the toilet stopped working. In the sister’s room, the heat went out. When we were on the elevator, we heard someone else complaining about their toilet too. Plus, another couple at check out had a problem with their plumbing. To be fair, the staff was prompt to current the issues it just seemed like the every room had a problem.

We were put on the third floor right under the very noisy construction despite telling the girl at checkin that we got up at 3AM and needed a nap By the time the noise stopped it was too late for a nap. As a result we were tired our whole visit We liked hanging out in the lobby and having breakfast

All staff were amazing. Renovations were taking place but they tried to minimize issues for guests. Kickback evening food was a pleasant surprise. First time staying at a Drury Inn but will definitely stay again.

Decent place - the bed was comfy ! It was under construction for renovation. It felt like an old hotel- the price was a bit too high. All the employs were very kind. Just needs a good reno. Glad they were on it.
