Nice hotel in Aston Campus
Although in the middle of the campus, the location of the hotel is only Ok. That is the only downside I can find. In general, the service, tidiness, size of room, breakfast, etc, all is great!

Pero hay algo a mejorar: La insonorización de la habitacion. Qué se escuche ruido y conversación normal de pasillo, puede ser normal. Pero, no, con la habitación de al lado. Gracias.

Buena opción para visitar la ciudad. Situado en un campus universitario. A 15' del centro a pie. Tranquilo, agradable y limpio. Desayuno algo caro pero correcto. No probamos las comidas. Se oyen las conversaciones en pasillos y otras habitaciones desde la habitación.

The staff were really friendly and informative. The facilities were great and it was all very clean. I had a great stay other than the bed was rock hard. I can sleep anywhere but this bed was so uncomfortable I ended up sleeping on top of the duvet to add some softness to it as it started to hurt my body. Everything else was great apart from that

Hotel is in a good location with paid street parking (free on weekends & bank hol) Staff are really friendly and for a small charge they even posted me an item I’d forgotten in the room. Although the pool was out of service during my stay, I’d come here again and would recommend to others.

Liked: staff were wonderful, the hotel was very clean, the areas around the hotel seemed safe, breakfast was great, bed was comfortable. Only negative was poor sound insulation in the room. I was unfortunate to have noisy people in the adjacent room and I could hear them talking throughout the night.

Millenium Point
We had a very comfortable stay. The staff were very helpful when we had a problem with the lighting in our room & they quickly found us an alternative room. Our main issue was that breakfast didn't start until 8am & I had to be at Millenium Point for an event at 7am on Saturday morning. Breakfast on Sunday was lovely. Overall a good experience.

Really good and affordable hotel. I needed an accessible room, they provided one. They had very lovely staff who helped me with my luggage and escorted me to my room to ensure I settled in okay. It all made the stay better. Thank you.

It was ok - Apart from brown marks on the towel - See pic - Shampoo wasn't working - extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't working - wifi was going in and out - And the smell in the bathroom was putrid - The drains clearly need seeing to - I want a refund.

Excellent service from receptionist
Amazing service by staff. Excellent receptionist as she swapped our room from double to king with seating area as we have our kid with us. Other staff also were amazing. Overall highly recommend this place. Thank you for excellent service guys
