"Overall, this property is exactly as listed. It’s in a great location. The only issues we had were lack of toilet paper and paper towels and the cleanliness of the hot tub and back deck. There is a lack of water pressure in the shower. Nathan was very responsive when we contacted him. He is a new owner of this property, so hopefully this review will help him address easily corrected issues."

"We stayed for 2 days. Brought steaks and other goodies to grill. We enjoyed the view from the deck. We refilled the hummingbird feeder and enjoyed the many visitors. We've never heard a hummingbird chirp! It was a nice quiet getaway to reset and recharge. We'll be back next time we want a quiet getaway."

"We enjoyed our cabin experience as a family for our anniversary. It was nice and clean. Loved the screened in porch. We were reluctant to find the WiFi and the tv wasn’t working nor did we have cell service so that was the only thing to note.. We did use our downloaded movies on an iPad and hooked up an HDMI cable so we made the most of it with two kiddos. Was a good opportunity to unplug and enjoy the cozy cabin experience."

"I recently visited Southern IN for a golf trip and had the pleasure of staying in the Mitchell’s cabin. Fully stocked kitchen, great outdoor area and super comfy king bed in the upstairs loft. I managed to leave something pretty important behind, and Martha was very accommodating getting it returned to me. Btw, Sultan’s Run in Jasper, IN (30 min drive from cabin) is a fantastic golf course.. just as good as the Dye Course in French Lick and less than a third of the cost to play! If I make my way...

"It’s a good thing they invented GPS, or we would have never found White Oaks Cabins. It’s located off some back country roads in a very peaceful and serene area, far removed from the stereotypes of Indiana flatness. Our cabin was warm and cozy and we especially enjoyed sitting on the screened-in front porch in the evening, listening to the sounds of nature. "We really enjoyed our stay. It was such a cute little cabin and every detail seemed very well thought out. And out of all the Vrbos I’ve stayed in, this one had the best cooking utensils stocked in the kitchen. That may seem silly but we cook pretty much every meal we eat so it was a big deal for us.
