The location and price was okay. The staff was very nice. I didn’t like that there was hair on the bathroom floor when we checked in. And also something left in the garbage. I could smell someone smoking and that was gross. I guess non smoking isn’t enforced. The air conditioner was also very loud.

Room was in rough condition and dirty but bed was clean and fine. The room also smelled like it was recently smoked in despite being a non-smoking room. It was hot and the AC was not on in the lobby so it was hot and sticky.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. This is my second time staying here and both times were a positive experience. I would recommend staying here.

Good Stay
The front staff who checked me in was amazing. The room was nice. But for having 4 guests there was only 3 towels for two nights. The pool area ran out of towels the second night. Very much enjoyed my stay but might want to check the room because I left with red bumps up and down my left arm.

Amazing
This was mine and my spouses first Valentine's together and his first time staying in a hotel. When i got there to check in around 7-730pm the lady working the counter, i think her name was Rachel. Was so friendly and helpful. I am not normally one to speak to people longer then i need to and i stood there speaking with her for a little while. The room was in perfect condition and everything i had expected. My spouse was very impressed as well and stated that he had always wanted to stay at this hotel.

Comfortable stay
The staff were beyond helpful and kind and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Free unlimited, coffee, tea, and hot cocoa, 24/7. Delicious wide variety breakfast included in stay. Big warm, clean pool and hot Jacuzzi. Bed was clean and comfy. Nice big screen TV overall had a great stay would come back again and would recommend great prices for the area.

Hotel staff were amazing. Family definitely enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and the breakfast wasn’t too bad. Definitely would stay here again. Have never had a bad night at an IHG brand hotel😊

I had to leave the hotel at midnight with my wife and 2 minor children because the room above us was making so much noise. The guest on the room above us kept walking and or running and the noise was unbearable. I complained to front desk and she said she went outside the door and could not hear anything. However, the other person at the front desk said it could be coming from gym. Horrible customer service!

It is fortunate that we have many families staying with us during this festive time of year, unfortunately they may become excited with having family gathers. We do our best to monitor and address excessive noise levels, we where unable to determine the location of your concerns. Our fitness center is located above our back office area and beside a stairwell offering a great buffer between it and our guest rooms. I love staying at holiday inns. This place was very nice. Pool, hot tub, snacks, rm was great. Breakfast in the morning and more.

Very easy and friendly check-in, and not busy at all for a typically busy check-in/high-traffic time. Would recommend to those staying for business or pleasure in the area.

The location was very convenient to Birch Run Outlet shopping, which is where we visited before going to Frankenmuth.

Heater made a ton of terrible noise throughout the night. Not terribly clean. Hotel staff was pleasant.
