The highlight is the 40m² rooftop terrace with sea views. In addition to the spacious open-plan living area, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk-in rain showers. Pure wellness awaits: a Klafs sauna with aromatherapy, tropical, and steam baths, as well as a whirlpool with a view of the Binz sky through a glass ceiling opening.

Our penthouse is furnished with exquisite designer furniture (Rolf Benz, Walter Knoll, Team7, Kendo & Joop).

Another highlight is the designer Marecucina kitchen, shaped like a boat. A wood-burning stove guarantees cozy evenings in autumn and winter.

A private washer and dryer are located in the basement, exclusively for this apartment. A heated 75m² pool is also available in the garden.
