Located on the seafront, you will have a breathtaking view of the pretty beach of La Banche from the entire façade. The house is equipped with 2 kitchens, one of which is a summer kitchen, 2 bathrooms/toilets, one of which is a summer one, 3 bedrooms: the first with a bed 140 and an office space, the second with a bed 140 and 90, the third with a bed 90, a room/living room with a sofa bed and 1 garden with terrace and courtyard and the possibility of parking your car there<br>You have access to all amenities on foot and you will find everything you need. <br>Heating is included from 25/10 to 15/04 outside this period the heating will be extra: 25 euros per week, payment by credit card link and then start-up.
