"I had booked this hotel, over the internet 2 days before we were to go and stay there and had received confirmation that it was accepted and paid for. However, when we finally got there we were told there was no booking and we would have to pay again!!!!!!! I showed them the confirmation number but they did not believe me and were very rude. Consequently we did not stay there and we had to get a taxi to another hotel. Would not recommend this place at all."

"The staff are very polite and professional. I still remember on of them who went extra mile in his job. His name is FABRICE. A young man, very polite and helpful. I’ve left some clothes in the wardrobe. He managed to arrange for me to collect them couple of days later when I came back to Abidjan from the countryside.
