"Nice family friendly resort."

"Comfy beds, and wonderful laundry facilities. A wide range of TV programmes on Foxtel, for whatever mood you’re in. My only problem was no yoghurt at breakfast time- otherwise the perfect stay."

"Historic hotel is well located between Katoomba and Blackheath so very easy drive to many sites. Due to age of hotel rooms a little small but functional, the decor even older was well maintained and cosy. Only cons room had to be cleaned again before we accepted it, however the management reacted well and solved the problem. Staff friendly however suggest a bit of training in customer service will work to help make this hotel even better. Overall would recommend this hotel."

"Honestly a perfect stay, everything you need and a fantastic location. I am usually used to very luxurious properties so I was abit anxious before arriving however I wanted to stay longer than 2 nights by the end of our stay. I was there with my 1.5yr old and it was honestly perfect for what we needed, very convenient and enjoyable stay!"

"Good value for money. Whilst close to the Great Western Highway and train line didn’t really notice it. Walkable distance into Blackheath shops. Very comfortable bed. You won’t speak to any staff at all, self service and checkout through lock box.There is some basic self service breakfast if you want to eat in with cereal, juice and bread. "Booked for 2 adults and one 15 Yr old child. They hotel wanted to charge me extrabdor sheets for the child. The claim a 15yr old is expected to sleep in the double bed with the parents... I was speechless. "

"Worst hotel Ever!! For 250 Usd you would expect a pretty decent hotel! This was far from it. Doesnt even have a restaurant!! The staff was very unwilling to help out on anything. I have never complained about hotels, but for the Price i paid and being a mercure which is not bad honestly i expected a lot more and our stay was super poor. Glad we only stayed one night"
