Stayed here for a quick birthday weekend getaway. Originally planned to bum out on the beach but we ended up spending most of the day by pool. The staff was real attentive and prompt with drinks. There are several dining options on the hotel grounds, with a few more within walking distance. The room was perfect as well!

I've stayed at this property so many times, I prefer suites in the Platinum Tower over looking the pool and water. Lovely pool, great at night and the pool parties on Sunday are fun. There is convenient deck parking and the property is next door to another casino.

It took the shower 15 minutes to get hot water. Even after that it only lasted about 5 minutes and then got like warm. I stayed 3 days and all 3 days was the same problem no matter what time of day we used the shower.

The hotel was big but homely.. we stayed in the platinum tower which had lovely views but definitely in need of some maintenance.As for the staff however were not pleasant. Reception staff were unfriendly and curt. The waitresses in casino were very slow I waited 10 minutes before one appeared and when asked for a drink told we had to wait that they were on their way round in a very unfriendly manner. We then waited anther 20 minutes for our drink to arrive. My husbands key card stopped working and a very unhelpful member of staff could have helped more as he refused to ring the room to allow me to verify him ..

I booked 2 rooms for one night. Both rooms were clean and quiet (3rd and 4th floors) but there was an issue with the bathroom in the 2nd room that we did inform the desk about upon checkout…extremely slow tub drainage and the sliding glass bathroom door was off the track…and I was assured both issues would be corrected. I also found that the rooms needed an update as far as phone charging goes (there were NO usb charge ports in either room). Other, the a\c cooled great and the hot water eventually got to our floors! We ate at 2 different places on the premises and enjoyed the food and wait staff. And, of course, having the casino right there was probably the deal maker! I would consider booking again if the price is right!!

We went during the week right before spring break. Staff were professional and courteous, and the room was great for the price! Stayed on the 3rd floor and it was quiet with no issues. Will plan to stay again!

Room was a smoking room I was told lt was no more room than available..I ask could doing so smell would not be bad. I have asthma other then that everything was nice.

It was not what I expected I was hit with a $100.00 fee that I was not informed about beforehand. Beds were not comfortable,no microwave, mini fridge wasn't cold , and the room was outdated.

The dining options were great. The beds were comfortable. There was no hot water in the sinks-it was cold. There was not hot water in the shower either. Barely warm water if you were lucky for the shower. Hot water is pretty important. The shower door was broken and was told maintenance would fix it and they never did and we were there 5 nights. There’s no microwave. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The overall stay was "ok". The bathroom sink was clogged. Went to the pool and the towel crew wasn't on duty and we didn't know to bring towels from the room. I was impressed with the complimentary appetizer from Half Shell!

All large resorts or casinos have vaket parking THE HARD ROCK CASINO IN BILUXI DOES NOT. My wife and I can not walk long distances this was more than an inconvenience.

I was very disappointed that you could smoke anywhere in the hotel. The sugar factory was one of the reason we picked this hotel and it was a disgrace. The candy shop part was closed and looked liked it has been closed forever. The service at the restaurant was horrible the music was so loud the waitress was yelling at us.

My only complaint was while we were on the casino floor. We were there for a couple hours and not a single waiter or waitress came to see if we wanted anything to drink or check on us.
