We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We were 4 couples and plenty of room to spread out. The house had everything we needed and the game room gave us tons of entertainment and laughter. The only note is the 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms gave me the impression each room had a bathroom but wasn’t the case. Also, only handsoap in the bathrooms so bring body wash. Towels were limited for such a large group. Other than that, the house was perfect. Very clean, and a fabulous outdoor deck to sit out and relax after a day on the water with your own boat slips (another plus!)

Overall the stay was Great! However there were challenges with the heating and cooling. Ceiling fans were inoperable and some of the beds were uncomfortable.

This place received overal great reviews and this must have been a bad day because mostly everyone gave this place a "5". Grass was too tall and uncut.Flower beds were unkept and loaded with tall grass. Microwave and stove were dirty. Comode in the masterbath did not work. It was hot upstairs - each room had a floor fan & ceiling fan- obviously due to an inadequate cooling system. Found dead and lives roaches in the pantry. Found rat/mice droppings in the pantry. Both grills were filty as well as the entire garage. No house number on house or anywhere we could see. Not enough tissue or garbage bags on site. After talking to the local manager or contact she told me here cleaning team moved and the grass was assigned to be cut.. She wanted to send some one over to resolve all problems inside but I declined as I had elderly sisters and I didnt want them exposed to any cleaning / Maintenance personnel. She sent some one to cut the grass by 530 pm the second day - but they did not do anything to the flower beds. She offered to give us up to $100.00 because the place had no fishing rods as published in the written instructions. On the third day she she asked us if we wanted to leave -as I provided her pictures of all my complaints but we had no reservations I think this is enough. Something went badly wrong during our visit. I ask for a reduction in total cost and they offered $449.00 . I am very displeased with that offer. No reply to my last email.

Our overall stay was very nice! The house was very nice besides some not so tidy places but it wasn’t nothing we couldn’t tidy up ourselves. We didn’t have a hard time finding the property which was a plus! I reached out to the owner with a particular question & I got a response right away! It was more than enough space for my family & I! I would definitely stay at this property again! We really enjoyed our stay!

Loved this property! It was amazing no complaints would definitely book again. Definitely enough space for 12 guest! Loved fishing beware of the gators lol. We have liked to had a tv for all of the rooms but there was wifi so we made do with our tablets. The neighbors are so welcoming and friendly.

(Visit 7/31-8/2)Everything was nice from the time my guest and I arrived to the time we left. Communication was Excellent! The home was neat and most important comfortable! It felt like my home from the throws on the couch to the decor. The thing that stood out the most was the AMAZiNG views this house has! I want to also highlight the fact that the owners are very thoughtful my fiancé left his shirt in the closet and I reached out to them letting them know of this and she responded promptly and mailed back to us! That made me feel very appreciated because they did not have to do that:-) I can go on and on about the awesome things of this house.. I only have one thing that this house could use and that would be a new sofa set in the kitchen dining area. Out of all the good things that was the only bad.. But I would def rent again next summer:-)

The perfect spot for parents, children in college and friends to come together to enjoy quality time with one another. The house is huge, clean, well furnished and extremely well-design. Game room, kitchen and outdoor patio overlooking the water were a few of our favorite spots in the house. We grilled our food on the gas pit three days out of our stay. Property manager Susan was responsive and flexible. Really enjoyed our stay!

The house was perfect for a family gathering. The eight of us enjoyed a wonderful Christmas here. And we learned the virtue of patience each morning as we waited for the pipes to warm and deliver us water we could touch.

A couple of days after we returned home from our trip my toddler and I started to receive multiple bites while laying in our bed. We received a couple of bites at the property also but I thought they were from mosquitoes as we spent a great deal of time outside. Needless to say months after our stay I'm out of a lot of money due to this property's mis management. When I contacted the owner about the situation she told me that she would get her property manager to check out the house. She then proceeded to tell me that they saw nothing. WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE A PROFESSIONAL PEST CONTROL SPECIALIST LOOKING AT THE PROPERTY OF COURSE YOU WILL SEE NOTHING, BECAUSE YOU DONT HAVE A TRAINED EYE NOR THE PROPER EQUIPMENT TO CHECK WITH. I am utterly disgusted with this with my stay at this property. ALSO THE OWNER DOES NOT WASH THEIR COMFORTERS AFTER GUEST STAY IN THE HOUSE I HAVE THE TXT MESSAGES TO PROVE IT. NO WONDER THERE WAS BED BUGS AT THIS PROPERTY.
