• Maximum occupancy: 2 adults• Exceeding occupancy may result in cancellation and a $100+/day fee

Guest booking shall be at least 21 years of age.

As required by City of Biloxi Short‑Term Rental laws, guests must provide information below within 48 hours of booking before access can be granted.

* Driver’s license number of all guests
* Mailing address (as shown on driver’s license)
* Email address for the primary guest

Access to the property cannot be granted until all required information is received.


Trailers are not allowed on the property at any time.
During events like Cruisin’ the Coast or Scrapin’ the Coast, trailer restrictions are strictly enforced and towing is at the guest’s expense.
