The home was very clean. Very welcoming and homey! Checkin and checkout was simple. A lot of extras for you to use! Would definitely stay again. Hosts answered any questions or concerns in a timely manner!

Very clean unit with all the essentials including portable chairs, wagon, shampoo dish soap dishwasher detergent laundry detergent. The owner thought it everything even down to a power strip on the night stand for your electronics! And she was so easy to communicate with! Our only issue was one of the neighbors who took it upon herself to patrol the parking lot for possible violations!!! But this has no reflection on the owner and if needed we would stay at this unit again!!

Overall a great place to stay. Minor inconveniences but owner was helpful

Stayed on a family trip with 4 adults, 2 teens, and a toddler. Minor inconveniences with back deck and bikes not available as advertised, but owner was very responsive to messages and willing to make adjustments to accommodate for use of grill. Nice community, small but big enough for our family of 7, and clean house, good communication with owner.

Our experience

The property was exactly as advertised except the back porch was not usable. It was going to be repaired the following week since there was no booking that week. The only other issue was that the washing machine wouldn’t spin, but we didn’t have anyone to fix it while we were there. I advised them of the issue the day we left. It was a nice quiet neighborhood really close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Good property for a family trip

We stayed here for a family vacation (me and my husband, 4 adult children with one spouse, 2 grand kids under 3)The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. The floors were dirty and my grand child’s feet were black after running around for a few hours. The kitchen was stocked with an excellent assortment of dishing including decent knives, a small crock pot, and a food processor. The walk to the beach was as described. The wagon and beach chairs were convenient. Only one bicycle was there when we arrived therefore I reached out to the property manager to attempt to get another one because no one wants to bike alone. we never got another one so this one was useless. As other reviews have stated, the couch and loveseat are smaller than they appear in photos and quite uncomfortable. For the small space they are in tho, idk if they could have done more seating. It’s inconvenient to only learn that only 5 people are allowed at the pool at a time. This should be disclosed in the listing imo. The back deck is a safety hazard. It’s is falling apart, the fence has fallen down on the side, and the AC is there so it is very hot. My husband almost fell through the deck multiple while using the grill due to the rotten deck boards. All in all, my family had a very good stay here.We recommend some local places including Escape This Escape Room and Shaggy’s Seafood Restaurant.

Nice house except

It was a nice house except for the back porch. It was not useable like the pictures showed. The wood fence was gone and was not usable. But the house itself was beautiful. The host never answered my message about the porch.

Great weekend stay

Property was clean and quiet for a short weekend stay. We were in town for an event and it was a great base and a good location, close to a lot of amenities. Beds were very comfortable and we were thankful to have a quiet, comfortable place to stay while away from home.

Enjoyed the stay

Vrbo communications were hard but once I directly texted the host it got much better. Loved the beds I don’t sleep well most nights but slept pretty good all week. There was a lot of spices and different things available in the unit and since we almost always cook every meal that saved us a ton and was much appreciated. The full size bottles of shampoos etc was awesome as well. Loved the convenience of the dumpsters to dispose of trash during and end of the stay. I am a bit critical of cleanliness but that’s from years of being in hospitality and the few things I found could easily be missed during cleaning. I tried to clean as I went daily so a mop in the unit would’ve been great addition.Overall our stay was great! There was only one night we were disturbed by a rental unit several units down with loud arguing and fighting. Wasn’t sure who to call about that and since it wasn’t our unit I did not want to bother our host with something she couldn’t control. Will definitely plan to stay again.
