I would recommend with no hesitation. Might be time to update bed(s) and bedding. Not learning access info 'till the day of is different but worked fine.Good location.The fact that it is pet friendly should definitely be taken into consideration by boarders unaccustomed to pets.

Clean, Relaxing Stay – A Few Things to Know

We had a very enjoyable stay! The house was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with clear signs and labels. The play area outside was a big hit with our son, and the hot tub was a relaxing bonus for the whole family.A few notes: the listing mentions 4 PM check-in and 11 AM checkout, but we were told 3 PM and 10 AM, so an update there might help future guests. The third bedroom is located downstairs via a narrow staircase—perfectly fine for able-bodied adults, but it may be limiting for guests with mobility challenges or for young children.Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely consider staying again with a few small adjustments!

Cozy warm house

house was clean and cozy. It worked well for family spring break.only downside was the stairs to the basement. one of the bedrooms is downstairs with an unfinished bathroom. still a great vacation and a great rental

This is an absolutely gorgeous home with plenty of space. It includes a wonderful outdoor area with nice seating. There is a large hot tub and a whole playground for those with children. Wonderful and delightful stay!! Renee & Travis Schuler

Nice quiet neighborhood, close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was a plus and the kids enjoyed the little playground.

Excellent place!

This place was very clean, with air conditioning, and boy did it work awesome! There was also lots of amazing artwork hanging on the walls! The hot tub was a nice feature, i did not use it, but my wife did! The host was super nice, always checked on us to make sure our stay was good. It was great! I definitely recommended this property, especially for a small group! 2 thumbs way up! Next time we are in town, we will definitely use it again!

Just the Cutest

I am really impressed by this property. Everything is thought out and lovely. Beds are comfy, couch is comfy, 10/10. Best part is the backyard! We most beautiful family friendly property in the area! Can’t wait for our next stay!

Comfortable, quiet and in great location

This is a pleasant older home in a great neighborhood that’s walkable to downtown (try the Sassy Biscuit). The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet so we had no difficulties sleeping. The bathtub might be an issue if you have mobility problems, it’s a big jacuzzi tub ringed with tile that is awkward to get into and out of. We didn’t use the kitchen or the hot tub but did fire up the grill once and had a nice meal outdoors. Communication with the host was stellar. Recommended.

Perfect place for family with young children in Billings

This house was perfect for our family of four with two young kids (1 & 3). The house was walking distance and/or under 5 minute drive to a grocery store, restaurants, and playgrounds. The Pioneer Park playground was so cool! We enjoyed the hot tub and the kids enjoyed the play structure in the back yard. Tracy was very communicative and responded to all my questions quickly. We also appreciated the extra mile they went to make our stay pleasant, including having kid-friendly plates and cups available. We loved our stay and would stay again in the future!

Absolutely Amazing!

The property was clean and absolutely beautiful, the decor was amazing the owner truly made it feel like home, we had everything we could have needed at the property when we arrived from dishes to towels, and games! The communication was incredible, they were super quick to respond to any questions we had, and I mean within minutes. The owner was so nice and friendly, even when I had a million questions The beds were cozy and we all enjoyed the space we had. The neighborhood was also quiet and appealing. If you are staying in the Billings area I highly recommend this propery!!
