Hello Sara, Everyone at Hilltop offers our sincere apologies for messing up your reservation. The employee who canceled your original booking has been counseled. She tried to find you another room, but by that time in the day we were limited to a double and the handicapped room, neither of which suited you. We were very sorry but of course refunded you. It was an honest mistake, but a serious error on our part. We hope you will come back and give us another chance. Thank you.
