HOMELAYOUT:

Living room, Kitchen, and Dining room + Bedroom 1, 2, & 3 are on the main floor with 2 full bathrooms. The laundry room, mudroom and game room are also on the main floor.

Up the spiral stairway, is bedroom #4 and a half bathroom.

* Home does not have good cell service but there is fast Starlink Wifi at the home.

*If you need anything, please contact us through the Vrbo messaging system. This keeps an accurate record of our conversation and is easily accessible by an account representative in the event of an issue. We are available during the hours of 8am-10pm EST.

*This home has weekly lawn and/or pool maintenance so please be advised that someone will enter the property at times for these purposes.

You will find a welcome book upon arrival. It will be filled with information about the property as well as tourist attractions, recommended restaurants/cafes, emergency numbers and more.

**This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

**Any items left at the home can be shipped, but we require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
