It was such a great place to stay. Lots of options for entertainment. Everyone had something to do. We rented a couple waverunners from a local company. That was super fun! The pool/billiard room was great! The hot tub was wonderful! All the sleeping arrangements accommodations were great!

This place was amazing. My kids, grandkids, my husband and I had a wonderful vacation that we will always remember. Plenty of space for all 18 of us, and the kids and grandkids had a great time using the kayaks. The VRBO was very well equipped with everything we needed. The host was very fast at communicating and very accommodating. Thanks, Tree, for such a great place and ensuring we had everything we needed!

Perfect Family get away

Property is perfect for large families that like to be together but with a little privacy. Kids kept busy with all the extras provided, canoes, cornhole, volleyball, pool, etc. Beautiful setting and well taken care of, we’d come back to the same place in a heartbeat!

Comfortable spot on the river

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The cabins are nice and well-appointed. The beds are comfortable. The kids enjoyed the games, both inside and out. The location is easy to access both Flathead Lake and activities up by Glacier.

Nice compound on the Flathead River near where it enters the lake.

This property worked great for our family. We stayed for a week and used the property as a base for visiting Glacier National Park, Whitefish, Kalispell and Bigfork. We swam off the dock and floated in tubes. The grounds were expansive and suitable for family games and activities. We enjoyed having coffee on the patios in the morning. The only problem we encountered was the neighbor constantly reporting on us to the property owner. Once all of us left in our vehicles, except one person. That individual observed the neighbor coming onto the property and snooping around, making that person very uncomfortable. Additionally, the neighbors appeared to mow small sections of their lawn near the fence when we were outdoors and engage in other activities that gave the appearance they were spying on us. The property is great, the neighbors not so much.

Always something to do!

We played until the sun went down..at 10:30! Unbeknown to us, the river was a better location than the lake. it felt safer and calmer to get out and swim, paddle board or kayak. We did rent a boat for one day (they delivered) w a tube so adults could explore and kids could tube. The place was amazing for a large family!! The only thing I would correct about the listing is that it comfortably would sleep 14. We had a group of 13 and it worked great! We would return in a heartbeat, everyone loved it! I highly recommend! Also the communication w the property manager was very quick regarding response to any questions.

Three Generations July 4th

Lots of fun summer activities. Nice lake and river access. Large grassy yard. Does not sleep more than 15. 5 actual beds, plus couches. We enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit. Girls used hot tub. Several played pool and games in game room. We stayed 5 nights in July and brought our boat. Kids wanted more time.

The property is amazing. Many options for large group. Plenty of bathrooms and we found it easy to feed 16 people. The property is right on the river with a great dock for swimming and kayaking.

Great for Small Events

This is a beautiful property. The owners have done an amazing job making sure there are plenty of supplies, appliances, games, Bedding, and more. The layout is perfect for 4 couples or a few families. There are no bunk beds or extra beds outside a few couches, so we had to buy 8 air mattresses to accommodate our group of 20, but that is to be expected with a large group. I just love that we didn't have to run to the store for all the necessities. Everything was provided and abundant! The fire pit, boat dock, huge lawn, grills, chairs, and games made this place a top future family destination. Highly recommended.

Family Reunion

Reserved this property for a small sibling family reunion. Having a Flathead County boat launch next door and use of the dock for my boat was great. There were enough activities to keep all the cousins occupied, and the adults as well.

Excellent property and close to just about anything you want to do in the area.

We had a group of 8 family members and had a wonderful time. We visited the town of big fork, whitefish and Kalispel on our trip. We also spent a day on flathead lake. Just a great spot to reach a lot of places very quickly. Very remote area once you are there. The only thing that was a minor nuisance was the public boat launch next door. Most of the time, you didn’t notice. We had a little partying happening on Saturday during our stay. Nothing too disruptive but with noting for others. 9/10 stars in my opinion.

Excellent Property on the Flathead River

This was a great property for our four families. Plenty to keep all the kids occupied while the parents relaxed. The boat dock was great and just a quick ten minute boat ride to the lake.

Fantastic place to stay, but worried about the neighbors

I celebrated by 50th birthday here with a group of 16 friends and family and the location is very beautiful on the water with magical sunsets. The yard and flowers are kept up well and the house was clean. The location near bigfork and Glacier National park worked well for us. We hiked, river rafted, went horse back riding and enjoyed the local surroundings. Communication with the property managers was quick and they responded to concerns about the sink and garbage disposal immediately. We had an amazing time. I would say its a bit tight sleeping 16 people here. For those sleeping in the loft, couch and game room there was less privacy, and no doors. Also, the site says there are 9 beds but there are really only 8, as one is an couch that does not fold out into a bed. This is fine for younger kids, but not really for an adult. Also, the neighbors dont like any noise. We were gone most of the time enjoying nature, but they asked us to be more quiet (9pm on a Friday) when we were playing soccer out on the lawn.
