"We were thrilled to stay at Karl’s cottage and had an amazing time as always! We were able to see deer and turkeys throughout each day and enjoy the tire and tree swings on the property with our kids, and the upstairs is perfect for running and playing when it’s too windy, rainy, or cold. The house is perfectly located near Moonstone Beach, the playground, Fiscalini Ranch, and the town. We look forward to visiting again!"

"Remote, yet still connected. Plan on staying in and just enjoying nature. With an hour drive to get to any services pay attention to host when they tell you to bring food and supplies. For my wife and I that worked great for this trip as that was exactly what we wanted. Host was great. Very welcoming and friendly while giving us our space.
