We appreciate you taking the time to write us a review. We did respond to the guest inquiries during their stay and can ensure that we had provided assistance as the building has a facilities manager on site and company staff that is on property often to handle guest inquiries. We take cleanliness seriously and ask that all of our guests immediately notify us of any issues to ensure a great stay. We did not hear from this guest in regards to any housekeeping issue although we did respond to a fireplace assistance request. The fireplaces have been replaced in the entire building within the last 1.5 years and as we explained to the guest that there is a power button on the face of the fireplace that can be easily missed being that it requires you to swipe your finger over the panel for it to light up and to power the fireplace on should it have been accidently powered off on the panel vs on the side wall switch. At the time of igniting the fireplace on the panel you also need to power on the switch on the wall, both, to ensure you turn the fireplace on, one will not work without the other if the fireplace is turned off manually on the face of the unit. Maintenance did stop by to address that the fireplace was in fact working and provided added instructions next to the unit for convenience. During the guests stay we provided added soap, and starter essentials, there are some items that the guests may need to bring or purchase on their own. Hello Kevin: We appreciate your taking the time to write us your comments and would like to respond. We have absolutely addressed EVERY request for this guest both prior to and at the time of their stay We have made every effort to help them during their stay but seemed as though no matter what we did, at the time the guests were pleased and then they were not again. So in all fairness we believe we need to shed some light on and respond with factual information. First and foremost, we take housekeeping very seriously with linens professionally laundered and thorough cleaning is performed after each guest stay. We understand that we can have an oversight from time to time although with all honesty, the linens that this guest reported that had hairs came off of the guests personal clothing and that was discussed at that time when meeting with the guest. Again, we take cleanliness very seriously and we made every effort to assist this guest request immediately by replacing the linens promptly that evening to ensure the guests were happy. In regards to parking, the property comes with parking that has been the designated area for many years since the 7 story building was built. We are unable to provide any other option. The guest may request to have their vehicle valet parked, if that is offered, for an out of pocket fee. Please know that you are coming on a ski vacation and most likely we will have snow or a snow storm that would require guests to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, snow removal is out of our control and is handled by the resort. This guest may have had very high expectations for which we thoroughly addressed. These accommodations truly give guests mountain village accommodations with practically all the amenities that includes a hot tub, sauna, heated pool and walking distance to all that the Big Sky Resort mountain village has to offer, not to mention expansive and spectacular views of the ski area from this corner unit! We can ensure we addressed every issue and was happy to even accommodate a 4pm departure with guests arriving that same evening that these guests departed. We can honestly say we went above and beyond, handling multiple requests, promptly, and take pride in doing the best we can and to ensure a wonderful stay!
