Weekend Away

This place was family friendly and super close to lots of fun things to do. The layout of the house made it even better with two living room areas and plenty of space for kids to play.

Awesome house & location

Great stay! Very convenient to walk between house and town for shopping and restaurants. The shuttle was nearby and easy to get to the mountain for skiing. Would definitely book again!

Top spot. Great location. Large house!

Great place to stay as a family. All the equipment you needed, plenty of room to have your own space and a nice place to come together. Had a small issue on the 1st day, but the host was able to rectify it quickly. Recommended. Recommended.

The code provided did not work for the lock box. We left several messages with the "host" number provided and never received ANY communication from them. My son eventually crawled through the doggie door in the back yard to enter the home. Had that not been there we would have never been able to enter the home we paid over 3K to stay in for 4 nights. There was not communication from Expedia either. It was very frustrating.

Great location & bigger than expected!

We rented as a group of 9 friends/adults and I admittedly was a little worried it was going to be too cramped from the pictures online. When we got to the house, that was definitely not the case! The house was very big, all the rooms were spacious, (including the loft over the garage where I stayed) and there was plenty of parking. A note on the garage loft - we were also kind of worried the stairs were going to be hard to navigate but the loft was great! Stairs were wide and the loft area fit two adults no problem. The hosts were very responsive. We also liked being a 10-15 min walk from restaurants. We didn't take the shuttle to the resort but it was an easy 15 min drive. The only downside we ran into was there was a gross stain on one of the comforters in the loft but other than that, no complaints. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend!

Thank you Philip and Caitlyn for an amazing stay! We had a great time in Big Sky. The house was beautiful and very easy to get to from town. The shuttle to the mountain was free and easy to use. We are sad to leave!

Excellent Retreat

Wonderful place for groups who want to ski and come back to a relaxing place. Easy shuttle access, great walking location to restaurants. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we end up back in big sky

Great location in Big sky

Our family group had a great stay at this nicely appointed home in the town center of Big Sky. The location is within walking distance of shops and restaurants and a great jumping off point for adventures to Big sky resort and Yellowstone. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Overall we had a very good experience, but a few items of note...1) there is no AC and yes the listing does say this, but during our stay the house got very warm during the day and did not cool off until the early morning hours, so it's a little uncomfortable for sleeping in the upstairs bedrooms (only two of the bedrooms had plug-in fans) and 2) the loft bedroom above the garage is only accessible by a narrow spiral staircase that can be accessed only through the garage, this could be problematic for older folks and is generally a bit inconvenient, it's really only a good bedroom for kids. Again, these are not showstoppers, but just things to be aware of, overall we had a positive stay.

Great house and location

This home was in a phenomenal location and super convenient to everything an out-of-towner would need. The owners were lightning fast in their responses and efforts to help with any issues. Should our group ever return to Big Sky for another ski trip, we would definitely be considering this property again.

Snowboarding Trip to Big Sky

Great overall. 9 adults, 1 child stayed comfortably. Would recommend this spot. Great communication throughout with prop owners. Neighborhood is great. We shared our leftover unused food/drink items with a couple neighbors prior to leaving. Great time all around.

Perfect for large groups; awesome location

House is great for a large party - we fit 10 adults comfortably. Has all of the basic things you will need for a long week/weekend getaway. Really enjoyed the hot tub and proximity to town. Host was extremely responsive when we had a question during check in...would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home for family gathering

We joined with relatives (11 people total) for a get together here and it was a wonderful place to stay! The kids loved the bunk bed room and the room over the garage was perfect for the teens. We had a couple of minor questions that were answered within minutes by email, but overall we didn't have any issues during our stay! We enjoyed watching the robins that were nesting in the eaves of the front porch and the hot tub was a hit with the kids. Perfect location - super close to town! Our only challenge was the foldout-couch, which was definitely lacking in the comfort department - all metal and bars. But we pulled an extra comforter from one of the bunks and used it as padding on the foldout mattress, which was an improvement. Overall it was a terrific home and we would love to return!
