If you are looking for gentle ski on/off with an amazing view of Big Sky you should look at this place! This was the perfect location for 3 couples with each couple getting an en-suite king size bedroom and another room left over. The hot tub was one of the best private hot tubs I've ever experienced with gorgeous views of sunset over the mountain. House was stocked with all the essentials, and the separate entry heated ski locker room was a unique feature that, if the weather had cooperated, would have made skiing after checking out far more convenient than most rentals. A couple of unusual but manageable twists are crossing the ski trail with bags when checking in/out and the lack of garage for cars at this price point, but it was still worth it for the access and views it provides.

This was the perfect property for our stay on a fishing trip/reunion with life long friends. Extremely comfortable and spacious with fabulous views. Very well appointed with high end finishes and all the extras that made a perfect setting for celebrating after long days on the Madison River. The host goes above and beyond with pre-arrival communication to make your arrival seamless and welcoming. Don't pass up a chance to stay in this home if looking in Big Sky as it will exceed your expectations.

Great view, house was clean and spacious. Host was great to work with. Off season so very quiet. Had a guided fly fishing trip using a guide in the host's book--that was so fun. Hiked Beehive, Lava Lake, and Ousel Falls--loved each of them! A wonderful week.

We loved everything about the house and the setting was amazing. The one issue we had was carrying the luggage and groceries down those steep outdoor steps. There are also 17 steps indoors to get to the bedrooms. This should be noted in the description of the property. A person with a disability or a handicap could not stay here. We had an 80 year old and two 76 year olds and the steps were difficult, especially outside.We paid a cleaning fee and I do not feel we should have had to take the trash to the dump. Also, we had no issue with taking the sheets and towels to the laundry room, but was it really necessary that we wash and dry a load before we left?

Wonderful stay in Big Sky!

This is a beautiful property in Moonlight Basin. The views are unbelievable, and the house is immaculate. It is stocked with everything you can imagine and more! Our four adult children had the best time relaxing in the hot tub after a day of hikes and exploring the area. This was our first time to Big Sky, and we will definitely return. For those of you like us who have never been here before, Moonlight Basin is a private home community at the top of the road that runs through Big Sky. It is about a five minute drive from the Big Sky resort and 10 minutes to the town center. It is a great location and we much preferred being at the top of the mountain than down towards town center as you cannot beat these views. Susan is an incredible host and goes beyond just stocking and owning the home. Our flight was canceled. We got on a later flight that day and she gave us perfect driving directions and had her phone on late at night in case we got lost. I feel her pricing is very reasonable and I recommend this home to anyone that wants to spend a relaxing week in Big Sky- summer or winter.

Moonlight Magic

Our family of nine, including our first granddaughter Maisie, enjoyed a wonderful stay in Moonlight Magic for a week. We mountain biked, hiked, dined, played games together at this lovely VRBO. The view is spectacular. The clouds, the mountains, the sunsets, the birds, all phenomenal. Highly recommend and it's a Ski in, Ski out!!

Incredible property!! Family of five had the best time in Moonlight Basin. The condo was everything we could have asked for. Beautiful and had all the necessary amenities. Great location with spectacular views. Cannot wait to go back!!!

Fantastic place to stay!

There were seven of us in our family that took a first time vacation to Big Sky, Montana. We stayed here and were so happy that we did! This Home has everything!! The owner is great with communication and organization! We appreciated items left from other guests in the kitchen, such as spices and condiments. That helps a lot when trying to save on groceries. The views are truly amazing!! We will definitely stay here again if we come back up this way.

Spring Skiing

We had a wonderful trip. The skiiing was great for the spring and the ski in ski out was wonderful. This home had everything we needed in more. We were blown away and felt right at home. The whole process was great and the communication with the host couldn't have been better. We can't wait to come back.
