Our newly renovated family home will be your ideal Big Sky location summer and winter. Next door to the Historic Crail Ranch and on the third hole of the public 18-hole golf course, you’ll be a one-minute walk from an easy hiking trail, five minutes from restaurants, bars, groceries, shops, Big Sky Chapel, and a stop for the free shuttle serving all of Big Sky. Leave your car in the garage. Relax at home with a hot tub, deck, and a big lawn where the kids can play. The K & D Lodge has it all!

Amenities inside the house include Mountain Modern design featuring natural wood finishes, clean, contemporary aesthetics, warm textiles, and local nature-themed art. Unwind at day’s end in the luxurious great room, with a fire in the wood-burning fireplace, a leather sofa where you can stretch out full length, swivel seating, and a game table.

If you’re cooking at home, you’ll appreciate the fully equipped, open and airy kitchen. Your group can gather around the dining table, with extra seating at the counter. At bedtime, you’ll find high-end, premium mattresses wrapped in plush duvets and linens designed for ultimate comfort.


Flexible Sleeping Arrangements (Up to 8 Guests):

Master Bedroom: King-size bed, private access to the hot tub, and an ensuite bath.

Second Bedroom: Queen-bed with a full bath (including tub) right across the hall.

Third Bedroom: Two twin beds.

Additional: Twin-size futons provide excellent options for overflow space when entertaining family and friends.

Winter Sports: Take the shuttle to Big Sky Mountain Village and experience why Expedia calls Big Sky one of the West’s top ski destinations, celebrated for world-class terrain and “The Biggest Skiing in America.” Click into Nordic skis in the driveway to access free multi-use trails winding through the meadow. The nearby Big Sky Resort Nordic Center offers groomed trails (one trail borders our backyard), lessons, and rental gear. Lone Mountain Ranch, rated the Number One Nordic ski destination in North America by Cross Country Skier magazine, is 10 minutes away by car.

Anglers & Outdoor Adventure: Enjoy world-class walk-and-wade fly fishing on the nearby Gallatin River, or head to the Madison and Yellowstone rivers for drift-boat trips with local guide services. The Gallatin is also great for white-water kayaking and rafting. The West Entrance to Yellowstone National Park is 46 miles away, a little over an hour’s drive from the house. In winter, book a guided snow coach or snowmobile tour out of West Yellowstone.



The neighborhood: Unlike many tightly packed Big Sky condos, this home is on a quiet street and is surrounded by lawns. Kids have a safe outdoor space to play, build snowmen, and run around while the adults relax on the deck. Your personal hot tub is positioned perfectly for a long soak under the Montana stars after a day on the mountain or the river. From the deck, you may spot a moose feeding in the willows at the back of the property. Nearby trails wind uphill through aspen, fir, and spruce. You can expect breathtaking views of the Gallatin Range and iconic Lone Peak on your hike, with the chance to see wildflowers, songbirds, and a four-point buck in velvet. Bighorn sheep, bears, and eagles are commonly seen in the Big Sky area. Big Sky Community Park, five minutes away by foot, offers eight pickleball and two tennis courts. Town Center is twenty-five minutes away via a paved, streamside walking and bike path. There you’ll find live music, hopping bars, a weekly farmer’s market and craft fair, and much more.
