The host team was awesome, and extremely helpful with everything. Whenever we had questions they were answered within minutes. Upon arrival all the lights were already turned on, the hot tub which we really enjoyed after a long day of skiing was already heated up. The place was immaculate, the bedrooms were very spacious as well as the living/dining area where we relaxed in the evening in front of the beautiful fireplace. I’d highly recommend this place since it’s a short 3 min drive to Big Sky Village plus you can order the free on demand shuttle which is picking you up and dropping you off right at the door! We had the best time!

Great place

We enjoyed the condo very much, only issue we had was the lower level door to the outside did not lock and the manager did not fix before we departed. I was able to find a piece of lumber to brace the door so someone could not get in. Other than that it was great.

Great Family Vacation

We absolutely loved the property! It was just as described or even better! We loved watching the little Fox family every single morning and evening. Also a couple deer during the week. We will def be back if we visit Big Sky again. Thanks so much for a great week!

Beautiful condo but some trouble with amenities

This is a beautiful condo just on the outskirts of the big sky resort. It was a perfect base for skiing and just a quick drive to the lifts in the morning. The common spaces and rooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The host company was very responsive and check in/out was very straightforward. We were a bit disappointed that some of the amenities were not functioning properly. Namely, the fireplace wouldn’t turn on and the hot tub did not heat to full temperature making it so that we could not enjoy sitting in it. Missing those features did detract from the stay. However, if those things had been working, it would have been a 5 star experience. We did let the management company know and hopefully they will get that fixed!

Broken Hot Tub

This property and its details were excellent and the location is also excellent in proximity to the Resort. However, we were only looking to book accommodations that included a private hot tub which ended up being a constant problem during our stay. If we knew the hot tub was to be inoperable we would have selected another property. The hot tub was at lukewarm temperatures upon arrival and unusable 4 out of 5 days. We were given many excuses from the property manager, but the facts stand and there was no accountability when we brought our concern to the property manager. The first day we were told it will take 24 hours before it will heat up after cleaning. We should receive a partial refund but the management company is offering nothing. Don’t stay here if you want a reliable hot tub.

Lovely townhouse

The place was great for our stay at Big Sky. We had grandparents and our 2 kids with us. The location was a 5 minute drive to the parking lots or a shuttle service was available. We chose to drive every day because it was so easy with the kids and our gear. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the hot tub was perfect at the end of the day. It was a great stay!

Great time and info for property manager

Excellent place and location. We had a great ski vacation and condo has all you need. For property managers…. Couple chandelier light bulbs are out and the dishwasher was temperamental. Start button didn’t always start machine. Tv has lots to stream but not easy to figure out. Details on that would be helpful.

Nice spot in Big Sky

The space was clean and well cared for. We were a bit disappointed with the temperature it was 87 degrees when we arrived and there was no AC. I'm sure it said something about that on the listing, but we didn't see it. It felt more like the heat was on than lack of AC. temperature outside was mild. There were a few things that made our trip less enjoyable that were outside the owners control. There were very noisy kids that stayed in the condo next door the whole time. We got a little frustrated about that because this was a romantic get away for us and the kids didnt stop screaming until 11-12 at night the entire time we were there. The town also closes very early (around 8pm) so we learned the importance of getting groceries. Overall this was a great place to stay, beautifully decorated and a friendly caretaker. We would stay here again just fingers crossed we dont get the kids next door.

Great place to stay!

With all the outdoor excursions we had planned, it was great to have a place to come back to for relaxation, with comfortable beds, beautiful scenery, and nice kitchen for enjoyment of home-cooked meals. Great vacay!

Nice house, could use a few improvements

The house was beautiful, but some things weren't so great. Housekeeping was a lax in a few spots and the hot tub didn't really work, so both were a bit of a bummer. In hindsight I should have alerted the property management right away but when we are only there a few days I don't want to spend time trying to switch units or complain, I just wanted to be on vacation. The customer service was a bit mediocre as well, but I get that most property management companies are dealing with challenging guests more so than not, so perhaps its not in their interest to be customer service oriented in the same way a nice hotel would be (or rather their customer is the condo owner rather than the guests). Again, the house was beautiful and the views were lovely. But a few tweaks here and there would take it from "okay" to "great" without much more work.
