Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire 1,100 sq. ft. condominium, including the private attached garage and the private deck. Laundry facilities are located within the unit for your convenience. Parking is available for 2 vehicles: one medium-sized SUV in the private garage and one additional spot in the outdoor parking area across from the unit. Please note that 2 steps are required to access the home.

Our property is situated in the heart of Big Sky's mountain landscape, just below the Bear Back Poma lift, offering unparalleled access for winter sports enthusiasts. The area is a year-round destination; in the summer months, you can enjoy the weekly Farmer’s Market, free concerts at Music in the Mountains, the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) competition, and the Wildlands Festival.

Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to hiking trails, mountain biking, kayaking, and zip-lining. For those looking to explore further, the iconic Yellowstone National Park is just a scenic one-hour drive away.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the Big Sky area and nearby attractions like Yellowstone. However, our property is conveniently located less than 100 yards from a free shuttle bus stop that provides transportation to and from Meadow Village. The unit also features an attached private garage for a medium SUV and access to first-come, first-served outdoor parking.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates, including Poma lift operation times, which may vary seasonally.



Like many mountain homes, this condo does not have A/C — Cool mountain air keeps the space comfortable.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

House Rules: No smoking, Pets are not allowed, No parties or events, Check-in is anytime after 4PM, 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival, Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing. The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection. Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
