While this slice of heaven offers endless entertainment, should you yearn to explore the Keys, Key West is just a 40-minute drive away, and Marathon is a mere 25 minutes by car.     SLEEPS MAXIMUM OF 8 GUESTS:



    Bedroom 1 (2nd Floor): King Bed, Two Sofa's with Pull-Out Twin Beds, En-Suite Bathroom, Flat Screen TV



    Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): Queen Bed, Smart TV



    Bedroom 3 (1st Floor): Two Twin Beds



    Living Room: Sofa, Loveseat, Chair, Flat Screen TV



    Kitchen: Nicely equipped (all things necessary to prepare and serve a meal)

    - Private Saltwater Heated Pool (25' x 10', depth 3.5'-4', heated to ~84 degrees Nov-Apr)



    - 30'' of Dockage (Boat lift not for guest use)



    - Fish Cleaning Station with Water



    - Outdoor Shower with hot & cold water



    - Propane BBQ Grill



    - Parking for up to 3 vehicles, including boat trailers. Recreational Vehicles may not be parked on the property.

    IMPORTANT POLICIES FOR YOUR STAY:



    Age & Occupancy: The booking tenant must be 25 years or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the stay. This property is exclusively available as a vacation rental and not for worker housing.



    Peak Season Monthly Bookings: All bookings from December through March must be for the entire month, starting at the beginning and ending at the end of the month. Consecutive months may be booked if they follow this requirement. Bookings that do not adhere to this policy are subject to cancellation. If you are interested in alternative dates, please contact us for approval before booking.



    Pet Policy: Up to two friendly and well-behaved dogs 30 LBS or less will be considered with a $10/night pet fee. To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport. Guests will simply submit "household pet" information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal. It's free, and only requires creating an account if you're bringing a pet or animal. After booking, you'll receive a link to complete the process.



    Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited to maintain a smoke-free environment.



    Mid-Stay Cleaning: For stays of 28 nights or more, we reserve the right to require a mid-stay cleaning to maintain the quality of the property. For longer stays, a mid-stay cleaning will be required every 28 nights thereafter. The cost will be collected separately, and the number of cleanings depends on the length of your stay.



    Boating & Dockage Advisory: Due to bridges and varying water depths, it is your responsibility to ensure that your boat can safely navigate local waters, access the canal, and fit the listed dockage before booking. While we are happy to provide general information based on our knowledge of the area, guests must exercise extreme caution when boating and ensure all activities comply with local regulations.



    Local Wildlife & Pest Control: The Florida Keys are home to various insects (mosquitoes, no-see-ums, termites), reptiles, chickens, Key deer, and other wildlife. While routine pest control is in place, complete elimination is not possible. Guests should take precautions, such as using insect repellent and keeping doors closed, to minimize exposure.



    Construction & Renovation Notice: Due to ongoing growth in the Florida Keys, renovations, construction, and road repairs may occur without prior notice. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, iTrip Key West is not liable for any inconveniences caused by nearby construction.

Our favorite Place

We loved the home and swimming pool. The home is very well kept. The canal was wide, clean and a very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views from the top balcony! We will be back 🏝️

We had a wonderful stay at Slice of Paradise! Beautiful home with beautiful views! The home was fully equipped with everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the porches enjoying the water views, the nice breeze, and watching the key deer! The neighborhood was peaceful and so friendly. We enjoyed the bikes, kayaks, and cooling off in the pool. The home was spacious and well stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The property management company was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely book this home again!

Home away from home

The house in it's self was was spectacular. The kitchen was fully stocked with everyting you need for preparing a meal. The rooms were very spacious and the whole house was decorated very nicely. The location is perfect, overlooking the bay on one side and the canal on the other. No traffice other than the 4 houses past it. A lot of privacy. The neighbors were very friendly and the neighborhood is very quiet.

Nice home, pool not so much!

Slice of Paradice is a good location for accessing places from Key West to Marathone! The house was very clean, accommodating and well stocked with kitchen items and household paper goods. Great view from the lanai. Oh, and make a visit to Kiki's restaraunt on Little Torch Key ... very good! As for the pool, it needs some help with the maintenance. The skimmer never worked properly. A couple of attempts to get that corrected did not work! So we didn't use it more than twice! Otherwise a nice place.
