Our family really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Amazing views from every room. The deck sitting areas were screen in and very comfortable. We all enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the ocean and seeing the Key Deer pass by. The deer brought so much joy to our grandchildren! John and the property managerwere very accommodating during our stay. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We have been coming to the keys for years, this has to be top 3 places to stay. Absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room. Deer come up every day. Definitely will stay here again!

Perfect Getaway in the Florida Keys!

We had the most amazing stay at this oceanfront home in the Florida Keys! The views were absolutely breathtaking and thr private pool was the perfect place to relax and cool off after a day exploring the Keys. The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked and had every possible tool you could imagine. We loved dining outside on the porch with the ocean as our backdrop. The bedrooms were cozy, and waking up to ocean views was a dream! The location was unbeatable—right on the water and close to great restaurants, local shops, and fun activities like snorkeling, fishing, and kayaking. And the wildlife abundant — we saw key deer, iguanas and birds everyday We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation in the Florida Keys. We can’t wait to come back!

Simply Amazing!

This home is one of only a handful in the entire Florida Keys that can offer a first-class private beach in addition to an amazing house full of amenities. My teenage boys loved spending their evenings catching juvenile tarpon off the beach while we lounged in the pool watching them. Had a few small things we needed assistance with during our stay and the owner went above and beyond to ensure they were taken care of. Cannot say enough good things about this location.

Fabulous Ocean Palms

Our stay at Ocean Palms in Big Pine Key was the perfect vacation for our family - the property and its amenities were perfect for us! The house was beautiful, the pool was always clean and the the beach was a nice plus. Very quiet neighborhood, barely any traffic which was perfect for long walks. And of course, the friendly Key Deer were abundant and made us feel welcomed at all times. I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone who loves nature and water!

A month actual felt to short

First time staying in the Keys and it was fabulous. Who says the Keys don't have any beaches. This private and secluded beach over looking the ocean was everyone's favorite part of their stay. The beach offered plenty of room for all the games that were played daily. In the house the furnishings and appliances were well maintained and the house was beautifully decorated. The views from every room were spectacular. We were also very pleased with the number nice restaurants within close proximity of this location. You can't go wrong here. We can't wait to visit again.

We had the pleasure of spending most of our summer here. If you are looking for the perfect getaway for your family to self-isolate, look no further! Beaches are rare in the keys, and this place has one of the best you will find in the area. The view of the sea from the kitchen window and porch will melt your worries away.

Its like living on your own private island!

From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, we were just constantly captivated by the view. Its like being on your own private island the entire time. There are palm tree covered lots on either side of the huge property that has a sandy beach and an endless water view. Almost no traffic at all, and rarely even other people. It truly is an escape. Big Pine offers plenty of restaurants, and is situated perfectly between Marathon and Key West and travel time to either is less than 30 minutes. The wife said it was like living on an island resort. The house itself was very spacious and accommodating, with water views from literally every room in the house. Plenty of parking. The pool right on the beach was amazing, and the wildlife come right op to you with no fear. I even got to pet a Key deer! I was hesitant to write this review as I want to keep this Gem all to myself, but John and Samantha were so accommodating that I would feel guilty if I didn't. I cant wait to go back!

So pleasantly surprised. We've been staying in Big Pine and other Keys for several years. When we saw the private beach we couldn't believe it as it is very rare. Well we are so happy we did. Everything about this property including the massive private beach, huge private pool, spacious rooms, and beautiful furniture was more than expected. The house is like new, and all the furnishings ARE BRAND NEW! Beautifully decorated. We thought the views on the site were pictures on the walls, but they were the actual amazing views. We've never been this surprised beyond expectations. There are many nice restaurants, and so much to do in Big Pine and neighboring Keys, and a short ride into Key West. Oh, and John the owner was a delight to deal with and responded to all our questions in no time.. We've booked our next stay and can't say enough about this home, and for this price!?!

Heaven on Earth

The property is even more beautiful than the pictures show. Everything from the check-in process (John is great) to our first night's stay, the private beach, private pool, impeccable decorating, and location was five star. This house is fresh and clean with new furniture, adorable accents and the most comfortable beds. As we looked out the windows (every window has a great view) at the most gorgeous ocean with our own beautiful white sand beach, we felt like we were truly in paradise. The convenience of this Key is great! We loved going out to the best restaurants then coming home to our private resort for a quiet sleep. We will be back!

Amazing getaway

Ocean Palms is a beautiful and peaceful home. This is fantastic place for a large group to stay. There were 10 of us and we had more than enough room. The house is absolutely beautiful and the views are magnificent. Every room has a view, which made it a dream vacation. The pool and private beach made you feel like you were at an upscale resort. We have rented other VRBO locations in the keys and this was our all time favorite. The owners are very caring and responsive. They really paid attention to every detail and made this a perfect vacation for us. We will definitely be returning to this property.
