"This is a nice property. The accommodations were large enough for my family. The indoor space was clean and nicely appointed. The outdoor space was ok. Due to how close the units are together you are right next to your neighbors car when sitting on the patio. The location is about 20 miles from Key West allowing for easy day trips while resting in a quieter location. I would definitely stay here again."

Hope was the highlight of the trip, truly the “hostess with the mostest.” She checked in daily, offered great tips for restaurants and activities. Loved everything about the property: quiet, the outdoor shower, the beds, the pool, Lulu, and the freshest seafood! Would definitely recommend."

"Great 5 days. Comfortable nice home, new furniture, floors, and decor. The property manager, Hope was so nice and helpful. She provided great tips for visiting the Keys. We enjoyed using the pool table and relaxing poolside. We were close to grocery and restaurants but quiet and relaxing area."

"My second time staying at this house. Love the location and my favorite back porch. I like getting up in the mornings and drinking some tea out back. Sea wall is great for our 25 ft Contender. Kitchen needs some work as there were cabinet doors missing and the kitchen has the bare minimum to cook. There wasn’t a garlic press and bare minimum utensils and cookware. "Had a great time at Key Colony. The rental we had was a little small but good enough for us. It was very clean and well appointed. Loved the back patio to hang out and fish in the canal. The only complaint I have is the A/C is only window units and they were very loud especially the one in the master bedroom but they worked and kept us cool."

"The RV was just as it had been described, clean and well cared for. The location was a great middle keys spot that allowed beach, state park, and Key West Exploration. Just a mile away from a great snorkeling tour to Looe Key. We went during Spring Break when all hotel rates doubled. This was a nice little reasonably priced getaway, great for folks who plan to be out exploring the area during the day. Rick was quick to respond to any questions we had."
