Chalets en Big Island

"Una atención magnífica. Todo tipo de facilidades. Muy recomendable si viajas a New Glasgow "

"Staff was pleasant. Facilities are under renovation- new steel roof, workers on site. Beds not vacuumed under, such a strong smell of either cleaner or freshener that we had to open windows and door to outside for an hour. Mildew stains in tub, peeling paint inside and out. Paper thin walls- listened to every conversation and argument next door. Slamming doors shook our room. Unable to adjust volume on TV, had to turn off heat pump as it sounded like it was a jet engine, but it did help drown...

"Room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff during check in and check out were very prompt, polite, and helpful. Breakfast was basic, but enough options for most folks. Location was a convenient stop before taking the ferry."

"Property was generally clean and staff was friendly however there were sow bugs on the floor. Would have been nice if the room was swept out prior to us checking in."

"Habitacion con todo tipo de detalles, zapatillas y albornoz de baño, hervidor de agua, cafetera, etc. Desayuno muy completo, cereales, yogourt, tostadas, etc.... "

"Room was clean. Room had been upgraded and well decorated. The lobby is definitely vintage which I thought was cool. The manager was very helpful."
