    This space is ideal for engaging in a friendly game of pool or enjoying leisurely breakfasts at the bar adjacent to our well-arranged chef's kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with new Circulon premium cookware!
    For your relaxation, our comfortable living area is outfitted with plush sofas and a large 4K HDR TV, making it perfect for cozy movie nights. All rooms include a 4K HDR Tv.

    The home further indulges you with two master suites, each boasting its own fireplace. One of the master bathrooms features a relaxing indoor jacuzzi tub with exquisite views.
    To maximize your enjoyment of the idyllic surroundings, you can choose from any of the four decks, each providing its own unique perspective on the stunning views.
    Catering to guests of all ages, the home features a fun bunk room for younger visitors and spacious bedrooms with awe-inspiring lake views for adults.
    While central air conditioning is absent, nature compensates with its own cooling system - the fresh mountain air. The property has one Mini Split AC unit in the living room.

    Guests' Rules
    Welcome to the Guests' Rules for Miller's Windsong Retreat. Our aim is to maintain a harmonious environment that aligns with local Code Compliance and respects the comfort of all guests. As part of this effort, we've established some friendly but firm and inflexible house guidelines.

    1. Maximum Occupancy: 12 guests (10 adults max). Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000.

    2. Parking: Space for 4 vehicles includes garage access. Garage can fit 3 cars. Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000.

    3. Pets: Pets Allowed (Max: 2 pets).
    - Pets require pre-approval: Post-approval, a $125 fee per pet applies (charged post-booking).
    - Unapproved Pets: incur a minimum of a $1,000 fine.
    - Pet Guidelines:
    ** Kennel pets when unattended.
    ** Keep off furniture/beds.
    ** Clean up after them.
    ** Charges apply for pet damages.
    *** Coyote Warning: *** Coyotes are extremely prevalent in Big Bear, even in the most densely populated areas. If you see one, you can bet they're part of an unseen pack. These animals are bold and territorial. They pose a significant threat to pets. For their safety, never leave your pets unattended, even in fenced areas, especially after dark. Coyotes are known for their ability to overcome barriers, including high fences. And they're even known for attacking pets that are on a leash. We cannot overstate the need for heightened vigilance concerning your pets' safety.

    Please respect the home and follow the rules, just as you expect timely assistance from us. Many of these rules are city regulations, while others help us maintain the homes in top condition. Our goal is to ensure a great experience for our guests and property owners.
    * Check-In:Remote check in after identity verification.
    * Parking: Follow city-enforced parking limits. If you need more space, let us know.
    * Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limits enforced by us and the city. No exceptions.
    * Noise: Be respectful to neighbors. Keep music inside and at a low volume. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We have monitoring system in place that reads decibels of noise and notifies you directly and us of loud noises.
    * A/C: Most homes do not have air conditioning. Nights are cooler with open windows. The property has one Mini Split AC unit in the living room.
    * Ants: Clean up after meals to avoid attracting ants. We use traps and sprays, but cleanliness is key.
    * Trash: Dispose of trash at the designated clean site as required by city regulation.
    * Age Requirement: You must be at least 24 years old to book. We do not allow parties. This rule is strictly enforced.
    *All cooking has to be done with what the house provides and the BBQ on site. It is not allowed to bring anything with charcoal, gas, propane or anything of the sort. Just what the home already has. Thank you!

    Check-in starts at 4 PM.
    Checking In:
    * IDs are required at check-in.
    * You must be 24 years or older to book and check in.
    * You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed. It needs to be completed and signed before checking-in. To confirm and maintain your reservation, our Rental Agreement must be completed within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation without refund if the cancellation window has passed.

    Please note:
    The standard cancellation policy applies from the moment the reservation is confirmed, not from when the rental agreement is completed. By booking, you agree to complete all required documentation within the given timeframe and to be bound by the cancellation terms.

June Trip

Lots of room and amenities. Great view of lake and close to grocery market. Couple of things that could be better. WiFi was hit or miss. One of the guest bathroom had mold from water damage. One of the guest beds needs attention. Hot water fluctuates.
