HelloSo as I mentioned we had family’s flying in for the holidays and we decided to visit Big bear in hopes of some snow . We saw your listing and liked what we saw . But the pictures were not at all what the home is now, maybe a few years back. And to be sincerely honest we feel it was false advertising. The home has a good foundation and A-LOT of potential. In the words of our small kids the house was IKY!! The fridge drawers would not stay shut someone before us actually put electrical tape on them to somewhat shut. They would all slam open once they had items in them.The freezer had frozen exploded items in it just looked gross may have been a soda and ice bags ?Not clean and smelled The 3 wall unit oven/ microwave are non operational they don’t seal, the heat would seep out and we could not cook in them , (we just tossed the bacon away)the top unit does not even turn on and all units filthy.Randon outlets don’t work or broken faces.Light fixtures in the kitchen and restrooms also have 1of 2 lightbulbs missing or not working . ( Dirty)The 1 space heaters in the lower lever does not work , and had to be shared between the guestHot water would run out if this house is marketed for large families the water should last.All mattresses except the master bedroom need to be replaced you can feel the springs in all the lower level beds. All the top floor beds were just worn out with the center having a huge dip!! Mind you we are all military vets with bad back
