Even though one of our days it rained all day and the power was out, we still had a great time. There are so many fun activities to do or just sit by the fire and enjoy the lakeview. This is our second year and it was just as good as last year, and last year was wonderful!

Another great trip for the books! This is our 3rd year in a row booking this phenomenal lakehouse to celebrate my birthday with family and friends. The village is an enjoyable close walk, and the lake views and access are unbeatable. This home remains our group’s favorite Big Bear home! Tons of indoor & outdoor space, huge jacuzzi, A/C, firepit, multiple showers and game areas provided comfort and fun for all of us!

Big Bear 2024 Reunion

As we entered we saw one of the most beautiful views of Big Bear Lake! The home was spacious with something for everyone. The backyard area had a place for everyone to enjoy the lake view. The house was efficiently supplied with everything needed to play games, barbecue, cook, and dine all together. We loved it!

Perfect location

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We absolutely love it. It is very family friendly and great for groups, Walking distance to the Marina and the village. Awesome and huge hot tub. Perfect yard for our dogs. Our hosts were great too. We definitely will be returning. Highly recommend.

Another Amazing Stay

This is our 2nd time staying at this fabulous home! The property, views, and location are amazing. This house has it all. We enjoyed playing shuffleboard, ping pong, poker, and pool. Using our paddleboards was a breeze with the lake only a few steps away. Also walking distance to the Village. The host is top notch in responding quickly. We can’t wait to stay at this home again!

Great house on the lake

The house is great, with a lot of games and space to explore, the outside area with the fire pit is amazing.The bad: All the glasses and cups are plastic, they are so cheap, they are dirty even if washed. This was a real bummer to drink out of terrible plastic glasses and eat out of plastic plates after you pay two grand for a night..

Perfect Summer Vacay

This amazing home, steps from the lake, was the perfect spot for our large family! We are a large extended family of 14 and this house accommodated everyone. We were never on top of each other because there is something to do and space for everyone. Our kids are teenagers and there was no shortage of activities that kept them off of their phones! When they weren't wakesurfuing in the lake or sitting in the jacuzzi, they played hours of pool, ping pong, and shuffleboard. The outdoor fire pit was another favorite spot. The dining table fit everyone...even though the teens opted for outdoor seating every night. No one wanted the week to end and we are looking forward to coming back!

Perfection

If you’re thinking about booking this property, do it! You won’t regret it. It checked all the boxes for us. The location is amazing, right on the beautiful lake and walking distance to Pine Knot and a short drive to the slopes. This home has it all. It has plenty of space and would be great for traveling with kids or for an adult trip. The beds are comfortable, the water pressure is great. It was immaculately clean and the owners are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. There are a lot of activities in the house which was perfect for a fun game night in. The back yard is incredible with a fire pit and the hot tub overlooking the lake. We are so happy we got to stay here. Even better in person than how it looks in the pictures! Worth every penny!

Awesome

I was a hero with my teenage kids and wife for having found this home. It made staying in as much fun as going out. Pool, poker, shuffleboard, ping pong, hot tub, and outdoor cooking. Right down to the Sonus sound system, everything was great. Highly recommend!

This house has it all!

Plenty of bedrooms, baths, etc. and plenty of activities for everyone! Especially great for teens - ping pong, pool table, shuffleboard, spa, lake access, games (xbox)! We had a wonderful time and what a great view!

Awesome property for Families/groups going to Big Bear.

We loved everything about our recent stay. Donny and Evelyn Chen were super responsive and welcoming. The house was right on the lake and just a few minute walk to the village with all its shops and restaurants. The house itself was beautiful - and beautifully decorated. There were nine of us and plenty of bedrooms to spread out in. TV's were everywhere. The water pressure in the shower was great. We would definitely want to stay here should we return to Big Bear. .

The house was clean and welcoming. I didn't have any major issues while there. My only gripe was the driveway. Driving onto the driveway, 5/8 of our cars (which were sedans) bottomed out going into the driveway. Hopefully this can be fixed.

Amazing place

Great pick! Did not disappoint! The property is well situated. It was walking distance to The Village and a few minutes drive to ski resort. We entairtained and housed 19 people over the weekend and there were plenty of room for sleeping and entertaining. Owners were very helpful. They were quick to read and respond to emails and calls. Definitely would book again!

Can't say enough good things about this place. Plus, location, location, location!

My daughter booked our stay for Jan. 3-5, 2018, for my 60th birthday. There were 18 family members, 13 adults and 5 children. I honestly can't remember the last time I had so much fun on a get-a-way. This place had it all and we used it all; the pool table, the poker table, the shuffle board table, the ping pong table, the barbecue, and the fire pit. Well,I guess we didn't use all of it, it was a little too chilly for the hot tub. The only place we drove to was the Snow Play area so the kids and some of us adults could slide down the hills. The owners keep this place very clean and well stocked and the location was right on the lake. You can walk to the lake right out of the backyard and town was so close we walked there too. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. This place even has a washer and dryer and a separate ice making machine. I would loooove to go back with my family again during the summer. Don't pass this one up!

Second year in a row here

Love the place. Love the area. It’s becomig tradition really fast. Very few issues but If there are any they are resolved very quickly. And if they can’t fix it they take care of you. Excellent excellent place. Out of all my years going to big bear every New Years... this is by far the best place we’ve stayed.
