Perfect house to accommodate my family.We all have so much fun, playing on the snow at the backyard is just as fun as in public snow areas.Communication with the host was was easy and very pleasant.Hope to come back in the future

Great family time

We loved the home and it fit our desires. Check in was somewhat complicated. Our stay was to be from Friday to Friday. We did get notice that power was off so we chose to come up on Saturday. Upon arrival we learned that the power was still out and upon entering the house 3 different alarms were going off. We called management and never heard back till evening. We drove to the management office and picked up two new alarms and replaced the failed (low battery) and no power. Bought 3 large bags of ice to keep things cold until the power came on. A tech did show up and checked all alarm devices and we had no other issues after that. My family that did not come up till Saturday afternoon since the power was out and there were no guarantees of it coming on. fortunately we all live within 1 1/2 hours of Big Bear.The power outage di cause rthe ice in the freezer to leak and with some rust it flowed onto the kitchen floor which we photoed and cleaned up.

Great family spot!

Stayed here with our family, 13 of us, and the space was perfect. Great living room area with a huge couch right next to open kitchen and huge dining room table. Great for gathering together all day. Fun game room downstairs too. Lovely deck as well. Great spot for big family gathering! Would definitely stay again.

This is a big, bright and welcoming house that our family enjoyed staying at for the last few days. The over sized couch, game room, and all the TVs was the kids paradise. Thank you for the amazing stay.

Beautiful cozy cabin

This cabin was the best we’ve stayed so far. It was roomy, cozy and the view of the lake was amazing! The game room was perfect for the kids, as well as for the adults. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Had an amazing little getaway

Our experience was amazing. The house was clean and gorgeous. Whoever decorated this house had a very good eye. There was 12 of us and we fit comfortably. We had a beautiful view of the lake. Easy checkin and easy checkout. There are stores nearby, the Alpine Slide was nearby. Plenty of snow around the area so the kids can go sledding. The living room and kitchen area were my favorite. It was nice and open so we were all able to hangout during cooking, lounging around and mealtime. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Not entirely what we were expecting

We had a great stay and we enjoyed the time. The pictures are deceiving. We we first got to the house I was really paranoid because there is wall damage all over the house. The top stove was not working and there was ants all over the kitchen. I took pictures of everything and sent it to the management group just to protect myself. The pool table was not level and it was a cheap table that really needs to be replaced.

Nice weekend.

Very nice and cozy place. Lake is right across the street. If you trim your trees -we would have a beautiful unobstructed view. (Still nice view) Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, Tupperware, serving utensils, pots and pans. (Need to get a good can opener though!) You really need to get the burners or ignition light fixed. (It kept on ticking and we really felt like it could’ve been a ticking time bomb!)

Awesome lake view and distance to water

When we first arrived, we noticed there was a path down toward the lake making a group walk very convenient for fishing and kicking our feet in the water. The view was absolutely breathtaking! In the early hours, the sun faces the house from the lake so it can get very hot quickly. The property does not offer air conditioning so be prepared to turn on all fans and cool yourself off with a beer or cold drink! Parking is made easy with their lovely front yard that is beginning to bloom with plums and apples! Walking up and down the stairs could be a bit tedious for loading and unloading but I couldn't complain. The area is surrounded by quiet neighbors and vacant cabins so the seclusion is nice. My family and friends brought along our kids and they loved the playroom! Overall, it was a great experience and I would rent out the cabin again. The only downfall was the little wear-and-tear you'll notice throughout your stay. One of the curtains didn't function properly next to the kitchen and the gasket on the dishwasher came completely loose. Also, the fridge wasn't as cold as it should have been and one of the bar stools was wobbly. It could be very dangerous if a child or someone sat and it collapsed altogether. The stove kept ticking after it was already lit so I hope everything is looked into! The property offered a washer/dryer and plenty of bedding so that's a bonus! We were all very comfortable on the huge plush couch and the kids did not want to leave so our stay was a success!
