THE SPACE
The great room is the centerpiece of Condor Cove, featuring vaulted wood ceilings, dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows, and panoramic views across Big Bear Lake. A two-story brick wood-burning fireplace anchors the space and creates a warm gathering place for relaxed evenings with family and friends.

The open layout connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, allowing the group to spend time together while enjoying the lake views. The kitchen includes basic cookware, dishes, utensils, a dishwasher, and drip coffee maker for easy meals throughout your stay.

Outside, the expansive deck stretches along the lake-facing side of the home. Fire up the propane BBQ, enjoy morning coffee in the mountain air, or settle in as the sun begins to set across the water.

Upstairs, the loft game room overlooks the great room below and features a regulation-size pool table along with a Twin sofa sleeper. It provides a fun entertainment space while still keeping the group connected to the main living area.

Four bedrooms are arranged across both levels of the home, giving families and groups flexible sleeping arrangements and room to spread out throughout their stay.

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. No cats, please.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
