The property was located in an excellent spot for easy access to Snow Summit. The house was roomy and comfortable for 5 adults. There were a few minor conditions that need to be taken care of such as the broken blinds in the master bathroom. Some of the doors didn’t close well. Housekeeping was not up to par; there were men’s clothing in one of the bedrooms. There was hair in the master bath shower. There was gift wrapping on the living room floor, and there was a plate of old cheese on the refrigerator.

Fairly nice place very close to Snow Summit lift

As a pet-friendly place, it was probably in the best condition that you could hope for. The place is a little more worn than the photos suggest. But only a little. A couple small glitches at check in were handled swiftly by the support team. Two cars can park there easily. I don't know where a third would go. Upstairs is the large master bedroom with King bed. And a full bathroom. Everything else is on the first floor. To get to the back deck and hot tub, you must walk through one of the bedrooms. Kitchen was quite complete. We were able to make a six course Thanksgiving dinner for five with only a bit of bumping into each other.

Mountain Biking Weekend

We had a fabulous stay at this home on Summit Drive. It was an idyllic location for our family, just steps away from the mountain. I woke up early and hiked each morning before my daughter was even up, which made for a much more relaxing experience for her. My son could ride home in between bike laps and refuel at the house. It was perfect for our family. If you plan to cook, I just recommend bringing a few of your own essentials - a lighter for the BBQ, a bake dish for the oven and tinfoil would all be helpful. Overall, it was an amazing home at a very reasonable price.

Best family trip Ever!

This cabin was everything that I expected. It was awesome! Access to summit walking distance, everything was functional! My kids and family had a blast. I hope I am lucky to rent this place again!

Incompetent and unorganized staff

Found out as we were ready to arrive the hot tub was not working. 80% of the reason we chose this property was because it had a hot tub. Cabin next door was vacant, had a hot tub they allowed us access to however, it didn't get hot either. Called them multiple times daily and they said a tech was on his way within an hour. I heard that several times and finally on the last day they sent a tech that took all of one minute to fix the problem. If they would have done this the first day we could have had use of the hot tub. Very disappointed and will not use them again as they didn't compensate fairly. They gave us a $100 off and a $250 credit toward our next stay. That's very presumptuous of them. And not compensation whatsoever. The area was nice and the cabin was very clean. The main bedroom had a very comfortable bed but my friends said their beds were not so comfortable in the downstairs area. They need a better inner office communication with each other. I spoke with them several times and it was like I was speaking with them for the first time each time I called. I spoke with somebody different almost every single time until the last 2 days. They were all very friendly but very uninformed on my situation. All it would have taken is getting that Tech out the first day the hot tub would have been working and I would have been fine. But the time I spent on the phone with them and waiting for a tech that never showed could have been better spent by me enjoying my vacation.

Was not a bad stay at all. But there was a few noticeable things that effected our experience. The biggest one being the microwave didn’t work. The TV was also very confusing to work. Fans were helpful though because there was no AC. The welcome gift was nice as well.

Easy access to Snow Summit!

We stayed in this cabin for a long weekend of skiing. The place was great and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The location is perfect and so close to Snow Summit, it was easy to go back and forth between the mountain and the cabin. The hot tub was nice too. Our only complaint was that the grill wasn't working correctly, but I think they were replacing it after we left. Overall, highly recommend it.
